BROKEN 65" TV :( I'm…read morenot one to write bad reviews, and this one is a total bummer. Hired Got2Move to move from SF to LA area. All the workers were friendly and nice, but while we were packing, I was advised, by their own workers (Axel and Justin), not to use the TV box that I purchased to secure my 65" TV; instead, they wrapped it with blankets, deconstructed cardboard boxes, cellophane wrap, and tape. They ensured me that the way they package the TV would be safer than the box. Fast forward to unpacking the TV, cracked screen and not TV is working at all. :( Basically, a black cracked mirror now. I call to explain to their admin (Emily) the situation, and the best they can do is $350! I paid close to $2k for the beautiful TV, which is now a paperweight in my new place. Unbelievable. Of course, I didn't expect full coverage, but you have to do better than that, right? I followed their advice on how to pack the TV. Hoping nobody has to go through this getting their TV broke--sickening feeling.

I contacted them through Yelp along with few other top rated companies in Los Angeles area. They were very prompt on sending me a quote and when I finalized them, they communicated through each step of the process. They sent me a contract and clearly mentioned all necessary details. Come the day of move, they were scheduled to come at 10 AM. At about 9:50 AM a guy named Art called me and told they are stuck in traffic and will be in by 10:15-10:20 AM. By 10:20 AM I received another call that they will be further delayed. Finally they arrived at 10:45 AM. I was kind of annoyed but did not keep it in my head since they were constantly communicating. After they arrived, Art explained everything again and we signed a contract. They also brought 12 wardrobe boxes since I asked for extra. He and his friend started at 11:15 AM. They were super fast in moving most of the boxes. Please note that we have a lots of stuff and by that, I mean a lot. By 12 PM, 70% of my place was already in the truck. I was thinking the unthinkable - will they be done within 3 hours? Then came the turn for bigger furniture and things slowed down a bit. They meticulously packed them with brand new blankets and plastic wrap. We were in second floor so there was a bit of extra work on climbing the stairs down with those heavy stuff. They handled them really well. Finally the loading was finished in 3 hours. Then 30 minutes of drive time to the destination and finally unloading. All done in 5 hours, yes 5 hours. Not a single thing broke or scratched or had any smallest sign of damage. I thank Art and his friend wholeheartedly because of such an incredible job with a smile on their face.
