Their office support staff was very responsive to my questions; the two movers did an excellent job packing my property; the moving company they worked with in Rotterdam was equally responsive and got the property to me ahead of my expectations; and their two movers here in Barcelona got everything into our apartment in a couple of hours. As per the contract, they unpacked everything except the boxes, put every item in the room we requested it go, and removed all of the trash. They also were careful in protecting the elevator from any damage. I can't imagine a move like this without there being some damage to items -- and this was no exception. But the damage was minimal, and is all fixable. For example, one broken glass in one of 27 artworks shipped. Overall, I am very pleased. read more

I am just so frustrated and I am trying not to be because the pandemic has been hard on all of us. Yet, I moved to Canada (from LA) on August 4th and it's September 20th and my stuff still isn't here. I've been living in an empty house for weeks now. The agent I talked to provided a very optimistic picture - it usually takes about 2 weeks for Canada he said. but here we are, 6 weeks after I moved, and I don't even know where my stuff is. Tried to ship with this company for my move. Despite having *a lot* of communication, many things went wrong. Their "independent" insurance company (which they seemingly have a financial interest in) didn't do what I want, so I've found another one. When it came to taking the items, they started opening all boxes without telling me in advance that they'll do it (it was somehow assumed, despite almost a hundred emails I had with them).
