I was charged hundreds of dollars for TWO car shampoos, and he charged me for washing my car after the paint job was striped with VINYL which I SAID NOOOOOOO to!! He allowed my car to get ruined and now I have to pay to straighten my paint lines and remove vinyl which is peeling off. BAD BUSINESS...He refuses to refund what he owes. I just purchased a new 2026 Tesla model y and it went it got paint corrected and front end wrap and the whole car was ceramic coated and windows got tinted. I reported the yelling incident to Dunn corporate with my contact info. Never heard back. Dunn does go hard with annoying up sell tactics, but not any different than other big Chain. If you live near Webster, Tom's and Finn's are way more honest and competent

She drove in through snowy conditions for her appointment, sat there for an hour only for these idiots to tell her they did not order the correct tires and the only ones they had were the ones they tried to upgrade her to in the first place, for twice as much at $800. These people are simply trying to take advantage of an old person which is disgusting. I know Dunn has been around for a long time, but with stunts like this I hope they are not around for much longer. Despicable.
