I'm a grown man, I don't need to play ego games, so I let it go. Another employee quickly stepped in and shooed him off. But even as I left, the guy glared at me like he wanted to fight. Absolutely disgusting behavior. I ended up paying nearly $300 for what I thought was a new tire. A few weeks later, it started deflating again. At this point, I truly believe they didn't even replace it. Just pumped it full of Fix-a-Flat and sent me on my way. That kind of disrespect is unacceptable. My friends and family, they all know now to stay away from Dunn. Now I go to Mavis Discount Tire. They say the alignment guy was not there so could not do alignment. Took the car to another service center and the front steering and rear coils were shot/broken and alignment could not be done. These brand new tires should have never been installed. Dunn Tire Brockport took the money and ran. They know tires should not be installed on a car that cannot be aligned. They should have told the owner up front instead of selling the tires first. They saw the tires coming off the car were wasted and worn unevenly. And then sold them a warranty that will never be honors because these tires will not have a chance unless the corrections are made. This is sick and should be reported.

No evidence anything else had been examined.
