I took my car to Ron after a Major Name brand auto place cut a stud off without my permission and without knowing if they had the parts in stock. I took the car to Ron and he understood my situation ( being from out of town and leaving in 2 days) and got the vehicle in and got it fixed. First time at Ron's - they just got themselves a new customer. Just got my Highlander back. A pipe coming out of the catalytic converter had a hole in it. I am pretty sure any other garage (and certainly the chains) would have charged for the whole convertor. Ron fixed the pipe and now it is purring like a kitten. Ron's was recommended to me by a friend. I have an older vehicle with lots of miles thar always seems to need something expensive to be replaced at my previous repair shop. Today I came in for an oil change. I do need to return for another repair, but the price quoted was very reasonable. The place has a good wifi connection and the restroom was clean. Despite a sign mandating the wearing of a face mask during the Covid pandemic, they absolutely will NOT enforce it. In the few minutes we were there, several customers were coming and going without them. I get that maybe they don't want to lose business by requiring SAFETY MEASURES but now we don't feel safe going in there, and they've just lost our business. read more

Ron's Auto Repair is awesome. Ron is always on site and it is a family affair. I have had everything done here: inspections, oil change, tires replaced, intake gasket, transmission cooler lines, brakes etc. In addition my entire immediate family has been bringing their vehicles to Ron's including: trucks, cars, vans, SUVs with a range of foreign and domestic. The guys are always upfront about how long you can delay a repair and Ron has more than once given me a quote so I could shop around. Trust these guys with your safety on the road!! read more

I needed a radiator, hoses and thermostat for my 2006 Acura TL which has 200,00+ miles. Had never been to Ron's but checked the reviews and decided to try them out. As I sat in the waiting room, even the customers there couldn't say enough about this business! Ron also cleaned the throttle position sensor which had been causing the car to drive rough. At the recommendation of a friend, I started using Ron's in 2001 to have some minor work done on my truck. After repeated good experiences I started calling Ron to work on my wife's vehicle as well. The people there are knowledgeable, accommodating and most importantly, truthful. When the dealer wanted to charge me $1500 for a new transfer case, Ron replaced the damaged components inside for $400, including labor. Now my parents take their vehicles there as well and have had the same positive experiences. My only quibble with Ron's is that they routinely forget/neglect to call you back when service is complete on your vehicle. A small price to pay for a dependable operation. read more

I believe this shop has tons of integrity, they have never tried to sell me something I didn't need and they treat my vehicles as if it was their own. Ron, no non-sense guy, love it. Dan his Son kewl kid. Whatever you need repaired, it's done never had to go back for something I did not agree with. I have my Son and lovely ex' wife use his service also. Ron is a perfectionist, if you want corners cut go someplace else. They even deal with a hard Head like me. I have dealt with other repair shops in Webster, no comparison. Here is the caveat, Ron charges top dollar, but no more than other quality shops, the work is impeccable. I've been using Ron's for a few years. I have two old Chevy's (a '62 and a '67) that Ron has worked on - and done a good job with. I also have two newer Hondas. I have the feeling that he is thorough. He will give you a heads-up on items that you want to keep an eye on for the future. He's not always looking to replace everything in sight. Also, he seems to use only good brand-name replacement parts that he has had good experience with and knows that they are of good quality. Well organized and professional shop. A real pro. People beat a path to his garage door, so he must be doing something right. read more

I do a lot of my own minor repairs. When they are larger or if I need special tools I take it to Ron. I have been going there for more than 10 years. He is a little more expensive but like others have said he is fair and honest. Yes he is higher than others but you have to pay for the expertise and in the long run he and his staff find the problem the first time. Other shops use lower quality parts at a cost savings and I would rather have the high quality parts that he stands behind. If you are repairing the car why use cheap parts? It will only come back to bite you and when the parts wear out prematurely you will pay for the repair again. read more
