Horrible. Seeking civil suit to get money back from being charged multiple times for same service, bad-crooked paint job, missing parts, charged for services and parts I was unaware of and/or did not get notified about how much anything was going to cost. Enzo will say "special for you" but he means, I will charge you triple what labor and parts actually are....BE CAREFUL!!!! READ YOUR INVOICE CLEARLY!!! I was charged hundreds of dollars for TWO car shampoos, and he charged me for washing my car after the paint job was striped with VINYL which I SAID NOOOOOOO to!! He allowed my car to get ruined and now I have to pay to straighten my paint lines and remove vinyl which is peeling off. BAD BUSINESS...He refuses to refund what he owes. Listen to his replies to me and others who were scammed...it is ALL our faults. Let the judge decide. Small Claims Court in process!! read more

Can't say enough about these people. I needed to leave town to visit my relative in an asylum and of course, my car was making noise. I called them in need and they took me in the following day and got me on the road! Will be my regular repair shop from now on. (Particularly because I live nearby) Thank you JME! read more

150% markup on parts: I had a rear wheel bearing replaced, and they charged me $240 for a $60 dollar part (amazon) $120 from Autozone

Enzo and crew saved Memorial Day weekend! My RV broke down 2 days before the long weekend. I had it towed to JME on Thursday morning and he had it ready to go Thursday afternoon. My window shield was impacted by a stone while I was driving on the thruway. The small crack evolved into a large gash across my window shield and it got so bad I was afraid to even go through the car wash for fear it may shatter all over the place! I went to JME AUTOMOTIVE next door to Tractor Supply in Ontario and had the crew replace the window shield, change my oil and perform overall diagnostics on my 2014 vehicle. When I came to pick my car up, it was detailed ( for free...WOW!!) so nicely I thought I was driving a new car. Great office, great location, great service....ty JME AUTO!!!!! read more

JME represents a very rare breed of dealership/mechanice/body shops.......an honest one. I bought a Subaru outback from them about a month ago that was extremely fairly priced. They fixed a lot of the hiccups that were in the car when they purchased it and told me to come back within 30 days if there was anything else wrong. A few things popped up, I brought it back, and they fixed EVERYTHING with no questions asked. Knowledgeable, honest, and extremely friendly staff. JME is a very rear repair shop. Honest and not out to screw the customer. I stopped in to get a second opinion on replacing my rear brakes. Hands down the best price and top quality work.
