I shopped around and glad I went with Ziebart. Dan in sales worked with me and in a timely fashion on scheduling my car the same week. I just purchased a new 2026 Tesla model y and it went it got paint corrected and front end wrap and the whole car was ceramic coated and windows got tinted. Terrible service. They left nasty messages on my phone for me to pick my car up. It was there for a few days because are not as posted on the door. They typically leave early.When I went to pick the car up it was still dirty and they blamed me from their techs getting in and out of the car was the reason it was dirty. it was a waste of $300. They offer the best customer service when you sign up, so accommodating and friendly. After that, your on your own. This shop no longer provides courtesy transportation, so while waiting for my Uber driver this morning, 10 minutes before the door officially open - their very personal and friendly receptionist allowed me to wait in front of the glass doors in the rain and cold until it was officially open. Don't forget to add in your uber costs in your evaluation process, I was able to enjoy spending another 35$ to get a ride home. read more

I paid for a premium package and stayed and waited on my vehicle. They told me it would take 4 hours to complete. It was "done" in 90 minutes. When I opened the drivers side door there were still leaves, my weather tech mats wasn't cleaned and there was visible dirt under the weather tech mats. There was dirt and dust still on my recliner buttons. There was a spill on the side of the center counsel from hand sanitizer that wasn't wiped either. I paid for the package that would add a protective coating over my leather but I saw that there were crumbles still on the seat and worried they were going to be locked into seat forever. When I opened the tailgate it was untouched and the employee said he forgot to do the back and didn't notice these issues. He took it back and tried to "clean" it again. The receptionist was really nice she said we always gotta check these boys work but if I'm paying 430$ with tax for a cleaning detailing job I was hoping for my car to look renewed. He came back with the car and quickly went to another customer so I didn't have time to again review his work but I hoped everything was handled it took him only 15 minutes to return it back to me. When I got home the stain on the consol was still there, I found more leaves. When I opened the tail gate he never cleaned under the mat so there was still pine leaves everywhere. When I reclined the seats it was still filled with crumbs. When I brought my car in it really honestly wasn't in bad condition as the manager agreed with me. I gave the manager a call and left a voicemail highlighting all my issues and, we're a week out and I still haven't heard back from them regarding my concerns. I'm really disappointed that I paid so much and got really poor customer service and my car looks like something I could've done myself. My whole family comes here often and surprised by the crappy quality job and service. I would not recommend this company or location. read more

I was told if I dropped my car off the night before, if I got there by 6, I could bring my keys in and they would bring my car inside. Got there at 5:44 and the doors were locked and lights were off. I went around and someone frantically came out, took my keys and moved it inside. The next morning, I had a voicemail because they needed to talk to me about things. They were trying to sell me a few thousand dollars of coverage I have through somewhere else. They tried to sell this to me when I called to make the appointment. They also wanted to detail my car for $250. My car, doesn't need that kind of detailing with weather tech mats and no small children. I was told my car was on track to be done at 3. I called at 1:30-ish to ask about this as I live a half hour away and needed to set up transportation. The oh so lovely woman in the office who LOVES to hang up on you before you're done talking, answered. (She's hung up on me before because she seems to be the determining factor as to when a conversation ends, positive or not) She said between 5 and 6. I explained I was told 3, and being that late poses serious issues with transportation and needing to be somewhere at 5:20. I was told "I'm not sure who would tell you that.." I then produced a name and was given a condescending song and dance. I explained again I had somewhere to be and was basically told "oh well". I was told I could sit in their lobby and wait until my car is done. When I said this was a GIANT inconvenience- big shocker, she hung up on me. My car was in for a warranty check for the undercarriage. Canandaigua did the original service. Picked my car up and dropped it back off in under 5 hours, zero issues. Customer service is garbage. Do NOT drop your car off early, they're going to take their sweet time and make excuses. Apparently, don't listen to the pick up times, because those mean nothing and you'll all but be called a liar when you bring it up. Oh, and the woman in the office, she's a real peach to deal with. I'll drive to the city and sit for 8 hours waiting for my car over dealing with this location, again. read more

I got my new car done with the Platinum package offered by Ziebart. I had to bring it back to get the glass done again because the water wasn't beading up on the glass. I was told by the manager that this product was " Rainx on steroids". After reapplying we went to Florida and the first rain we ran into the water barely bedded up. After the second rain it wasn't working at all. I usually apply Rainx that will last at least 4 to 5 months. Now I am wondering about the quality of other products they applied. For the price I paid for this package I feel I have been ripped off big time. read more

I had my new Subaru Outback sent to this shop from my dealer for a three step diamond gloss coating and rust treatment. When the car went in for its first year check up I had a scratch on the driver door that I asked them to remove. Then the lies began. I was told the car was not given three coats of diamond gloss but instead got one coating of ceramic ZGLOSS. When I questioned them further I was told that due to the crystal white pearl factory paint they could not coat the car the first time and now could not remove the scratch. The talked me into purchasing an additional coating that did not cover the scratch. When I took delivery on the car they had messed up every setting in the car for seats, mirrors, temp controls, radio settings and it took a trip to the dealer to get it all straightened out. I was stuck with a large bill for the coating and the dealer charges to get my car all reprogrammed. This shop is owned by the same individual who owns all of the others in the Rochester Region. If I want service I must drive it to another city where I may or may not find a reliable, truthful business. read more

Don't bother making an appointment, youll just sit there for two hours and they wont touch your vehicle. meanwhile other people who get there a half hour after you for the same service, are in and out in less than a half hour. not to mention the lady at the front desk didnt even have me on her sheet after I checked in.( not her fault ) poor management. go with a different service around Rochester/Ontario read more

My husband and I took both of our cars there last year to have the Ziebart treatment. This year we took them in for the annual maintenance. Everyone there is professional and friendly.
