When she tried to contact the marina in the spring, she got no response to multiple phone calls and emails. After driving out to the marina and finding no one there and a for sale sign, she contacted the realtor and was told the business was foreclosing. She was finally able to get out to get her boat this past weekend. The boat had never been shrink wrapped, and her cover was ripped. Everything she paid for was not even done, and she is afraid the motor/engine may have suffered damage from being exposed to the elements all winter. She is struggling for what recourse she may have to this lack of storage service that she paid for. I would never work with this business for boat storage in the future.

I made sure to do my due diligence by checking the condition of the pontoon before getting on. The experience was very smooth. Bob showed us how to use the controls and navigate into the water. The boat itself was also beautiful (only one year's old!). My family and I did a half day rental and had plenty of time on the water.
