Walter skillfully positions the truck, and utilizes his vast expertise to not only get my low profile car on board, but delivers it back to my house and slides it into an almost impossible spot. Twas the first time all of us were home together since before Covid. My dad passed a few years ago and we all couldn't be home for it bc it was during Covid. So this was actually the first time all 5 of us kids were home at the same time. It's a trip that had to happen for sure. So getting the boat for an afternoon was super nice and a special day for sure. We got a pontoon boat for the afternoon. My brother and his wife rented it for 6 hours. I can't remember the exact price, I wanna say $450 for the6 hours, but don't quote me on that bc I THINK it may have been a tad more expensive. It's definitely a little pricey, but compared to their competitors, German Brothers definitely had the better price. The so-called "inconvenience" of renting from the vs the other(s) is German Bros is located out on West Lake Rd as the other is located in town...which is why I think they can get away with charging more at that place. The guys at German Bros were fantastic. Super friendly, super helpful...honestly don't have one bad thing to say about them or the business. For my first time experiencing one of these boat rental companies back home, I was definitely satisfied and even from my social media posts from that day and the days after our day on the lake, I referred like 5 people to this place and told them how much better it would be to go with them especially if they were worried about cost. You definitely save using German Brothers and these days, who isn't trying to save money any way they can? One thing to point out, you do have to pay for the gas for the boat and that cost is not included in the rental cost. You pay for the gas at the end of your time on the boat and I wanna say it's like a dollar and change more than what we'd pay at the pump ourselves. Then again, wait, haha, not sure what kind of gas these boats use haha! Just know tho, you pay separate for the gas. I recommended this to 5 different people (as mentioned already) and I'd gladly recommend to 5 more, 10 more, etc. They're a fantastic company and they deserve all the business they can get. Now original service…read morerequested is worse Can't drive car Spent the money on pump that wasn't urgent - at the shop recommendation They knew I limited budget. Went for the higher price service that was not an issue UPDATE: 7/12 I took my car to another auto shop to have the exhaust system serviced They were very honest about the condition of my car They recommended that I do not put anymore money/repairs into it because the frame is so corroded with rust it is not safe to drive, It will never pass inspection and It would be dangerous to keep driving it at this point. The point is .... I should have been notified of this when I originally took the car in for service the first time at the end of April If it was put on a lift to look at the exhaust system - it would have been discovered the car is beyond repair Since the exhaust was not serviced as requested I am assuming the car never made it onto the lift So yes - I am not a happy customer Over $600 dollars for a water pump that I did not need, exhaust issue not addressed and a car that will never pass inspection again More importantly- there where major safety concerns that could have been detrimental to me and my family if an accident have should happened Check your frame ppl. Also when you exit you have to drive down a street that is under construction and is dirt and mud. So even if the car wash did work properly good luck getting out of there with all the dirt on the street. Avoid. Save your money and get off your lazy butt and wash your car yourself. But I had been dreading the inspection and the oil change. We had JUST found a mechanic we liked in the last area, and then we moved. And y'all know how hard it is to find a trustworthy mechanic! I have also had a check engine light popping on and off for months, something I was worried would cost a lot of money and time to fix, and possibly prevent us from passing our yearly inspection. A family member recommended King's Auto Service. She swore up and down that they were the best! So after calling a few other local places I called King's. I liked them immediately because they were the first place to tell me that they could not give a set quote for the work we needed - it may take less or more time, and it may not be a part that has to be replaced at all, it could be something less complicated like a clog. They seemed friendly and knowledgeable. So I made the appointment and waited about 2 weeks to bring the car in. When I dropped it off the check engine light had disappeared AGAIN. But they were able to get to the bottom of it anyway (it was just a quick wiring fix and did not need to be replaced after all), give us the oil change, perform the inspection, and replace a couple of bulbs in no time at all. And the cost was reasonable! I also want to add that they have the cheapest oil changes I have seen in quite a while, a whopping $20 less than every other place I have checked. So far we are definitely happy customers, and we plan to go back for any other work the car may need. (Hopefully not TOO soon though!) Highly recommend!

He's taken good care of many of our family for years. I've gone in with a problem I feared would cost hundreds of dollars only to be summoned back with a loose wire and no charge. This shop is VERY busy. Honesty and good work is the reason. It may take several days to get your car an appointment, but you'll know that you and your car are in good hands.
