They are the only cargo place that produces the "Goosenecks" apparently. The person that was supposed to be training me was on his phone constantly or sneaking off to smoke a cig. This person was fired after 3 weeks of missing a minimum of 2 days a week. I was then left on my own to learn the rough wire and hook up. When a wire was ran wrong it was yanked out of place by one of the "team leads" and I was belittled for doing anything wrong. These people are terrible and do as little as possible to get these trailers out the door. I would not recommend working here, let alone buying any product they produce.

I called Belle Tire and they said they could patch it if I got there ASAP but they close at 6 and they're pretty busy. As luck would have it, taking off my tire and putting on the spare was not as easy of a task as expected and it took almost an hour to accomplish. I rushed to Belle Tire (as fast as a donut could allow) and walked in at 5:40. There were multiple cars in the bays and several customers were waiting. I approached a man I later found out to be Nick Huff, and asked if there was any way he could squeeze me in. At first, he said they couldn't do it, they didn't have time. He asked if I could leave the tire and he would patch it in the morning and I could come pick it up. I understood. But I mentioned that I live 45 minutes away, and it would take much longer on a donut. I said I needed to make a call before agreeing to leave it. But he stopped me and said, "Wait. Let's just get it. I'll do it." He followed me to my car and got the tire. He took out the screw, patched it, aired it up and put it back on my car before re-mounting the spare underneath for me. When I tell you, I almost cried. Twenty minutes later, I was walking out the door to start my 45 min drive back home. No charge. This place needs a new management team and more trained front desk associates that will treat customers in a much professional way. I think if they spent less time on their phones, this place can get better on lead times.

Let me just say that customer service at the level that they provide is very rare today. There was a bit of miscommunication on one of the features on the trailer I was looking at and when I came to pick it up was disappointed to see the trailer didn't have what I was expecting. Steve was extremely apologetic, had the feature added to the trailer and delivered it to my house 2 hours away the following week. He could have very easily told me "oh well" but did the complete opposite. He was exactly what I look for in a dealership. I will definitely recommend him to any friends looking for a trailer and will make sure that if I find myself in the market for another trailer will make sure to head to Trailers Midwest!!
