I wanted to work with Forest River and build one from scratch into a super trailer of sorts. But not only is it difficult to find a phone number to anyone there's no contact information. This company deserves LESS than one star. We bought a brand new Isata 3 in 2017. We love our coach,…read morebut about 2 years ago the dinette benches start cracking and peeling. When we reached out to the company we were told that they were aware of the faulty material used and in "good faith" we were told we could purchase a new dinette at their cost. Here is the actual response from Forest River: "I can absolutely help you with getting this dinette replaced, however it will not be the same style or color as what you currently have which means it will not match any of the rest of the upholstery in your unit. To place this order through us, you also must have a commercial address to have this shipped to as it will be shipped on a freight truck and will need a forklift to unload. I have listed the 3 color options in the attachment of this email, and the price for the dinette booth is listed below. The price for this booth is OUR cost, which is our "special" for the peeling furniture. I have included a picture below of the new dinette booth style. Please note, it's not a wrap around style like you currently have. The price for the 3 different colors is the same. The two options we offer for ordering this would be for you to provide your address and credit card information via email or filling out the attached order form. These are the only two options we offer for ordering. You are also welcome to order directly from Lippert. F100626595 : DINETTE BOOTH, 42" ETNA STORM 2025.5 (MILANO DECOR) $1,220.85 + tax and freight shipping ($250-$350)" Sara Benner, Mark Benner, Bryan Knight and Dynamax will NEVER see $1.00 from us again. They knew there was a problem and chose to do nothing about it! Hope this saves someone else shopping for a coach. Run from Dynamax and Forest River. There are too many other companies that will treat you as a valued customer."

Let me preface this review with the fact that everyone we dealt with was very nice. This is a…read morenewer Lazy Days location and it really seems like they are still doing business like a Mom and Pop, not the way Lazy Days Corporate would run the dealership. Don't get me wrong, I love supporting small businesses but there are things about buying at a Lazy Days that are good and we were excited to become a Lazy Days customer after visiting the Tucson store a couple months prior. Elkhart could use with extra on site corporate training at the location. The communication breakdown between departments is astounding. Our story: We were not quite ready to trade in our camper. We thought we would take a year to decide what we wanted then pull the trigger after finding a really good price. But we found exactly what we wanted and they did give us a better offer than what other dealers had offered. It was even attractive enough to trade instead of selling privately. So we put money down on one June 21. We had our bank check in hand within a few days. But our salesman left and we were handed off to someone else who couldn't even be bothered to show up for our closing. We heard "we will call you back" at least a dozen times from Sales, Finance and Service departments with no return call. Finance department was swamped with more deliveries than one person could handle and after chasing people to get a closing date, we finally got on the schedule for July 8. In contrast: Our neighbors loved the floor plan we were buying and found the same one at a dealer in Indy. They put money down on a Friday and had it home on the following Tuesday! Problems at closing: Numbers were wrong, changes needed to be made, salesman was needed, store manager was needed, paperwork girl was needed and service was needed. There wasn't one department that got it all right. Our walk through was stale. Even though we were trading in a similar unit, there were many features on this one were were not familiar with. Thank God for YouTube and a college education to figure things out on our own! Pros: Free sites at the dealership to camp on for your initial shakedown so you are there should you need help. Gabe in service was a bright spot. Very patient, knowledgeable and helpful. The hitch was installed for us and the very minor issues we found were repaired within a few hours. It's also very close to the factory so if there were major issues you'd be close enough to go to Millersburg for help. But Forest River is typically not loaded with major problems. Lazy Days also gives you a free 13 month or 260 night free membership to Thousand Trails and you can get service at any Lazy Days across the country. All in all we love our new camper and feel we got a reasonable deal in a volatile market. But Elkhart needs more corporate training. Checklists for each department to be sure closings go well would be stellar. More communication and teamwork would completely change the experience. It was incredibly stressful for us. Not fun at all. We aren't sure we will ever go back to this location.

Week 1- they delivered our 5th wheel to us with no power cord so we couldn't even use it for the first 3 days. Also window trim popping off on a lot of the Windows. I fixed it myself Week 2- led light over awning stops working - wasn't to worried about that figured I'd take it in for service at the end of the season. Week 3- water line to fridge was hooked up wrong flooding our 5th wheel and causing major trim damage- pulled the fridge and repaired it myself and figured I would have the interior repaired at the end of the season Week - 4 converter burns up /no power to unit -2 days before our 1st trip. Since the beginning we made a lot of calls to tiara before we even received our 5th wheel. Reason is because they would never communicate back and left you in the dark the whole time . There is no leadership in this company. From the parts Dept to Chris the finance manager and all the way to the so called owner Todd . They were all horrible to deal with. They do not care after the sale. They will put all blame back on the manufacturer . And take no responsibility for the lack of service they provide.
