This women Krista Smyrl which is their customer service manager has no clue as to how to treat a customer and should stay far away from handling any customers. Just ordered another but doing aluminum this time and expecting the same quality trailer I ordered last time! I am from Fort Wayne In. But drive three hours to deal with Tom at Royer because of the service they provide and the fact he sells Stealth. Worth the trip everytime Stealth is the way to go.

Absolutely the worst trailer building experience I've had. This is about the 4th trailer I have had…read morecustom built. Had many issues during and after the build. The icing on the cake is when all the cabinets in the trailer had poor shelving and wouldn't hold anything. When I contacted Octane, they gave me the phone number for the cabinet company they buy from and asked me to talk to them directly. It took me 3 months to resolve the issue, and they still aren't right. When I finally contacted the owner directly, and asked him if he were to buy a new truck, and the radio didn't work, would he expect the dealer to fix it, of provide him with a phone number to Bose? All I got was crickets. Money already in their pocket, and they move on, regardless of how bad, or how many issues you have.

The comfort of the new driver's seat gives me greater control of the coach and allows me to drive for hours more each day. I'm no longer sinking into and sliding around on a mushy bean bag while trying to stay centered behind the wheel of 13 tons rolling down the highway. Although it wasn't on the shopping list, we also bought a free-standing lounger and ottoman because it's atomic-age cool looks and comfort. The staff at Bradd & Hall is an eleven out of ten; the installation techs are masters at their craft and appreciate an old-school RV. Next to the work bays is the office of the most beautiful Joe. If you're lucky, you'll get a peek at him as you walk to the showroom. Stephanie was our point of contact and an encyclopedia of knowledge about the products Bradd & Hall offers; she rocks. We all love a bargain, and I'm just a guy writing a Yelp review, but don't cheap out on your coach's furniture. Bradd & Hall RV furniture is worth every penny.
