EBY arranged with Enterprise rental for a car at a discounted rate on Wednesday. Today is Friday and my truck is finished! EBY service always steps up to give excellent service and the staff is friendly and courteous. The sales department makes you happy but the Service department keeps you on the road.

In my case my Power Gear Levelers failed so I reached out to their support team mainly Zack and Bill we worked through the troubleshooting process they tracked our progress as I checked and verified a number of components throughout this system. It was so nice to work with a team that documented everything so when I called repeatedly over the course of a week I didn't have to start fresh each time I called. RV parts aren't cheap so I highly recommend you work with their technical support specialist verses just randomly changing parts or letting your shop or mechanic troubleshoot the issues without using this resource. In my case we found my hydraulic pump motor had failed after I verified I had the correct communications between my touchpad and control module then I found I had the correct voltage to my solenoid and once I energized the motor I had voltage at the motor but the pump motor didn't spin so I knew the DC motor had failed - I ordered the motor from Lippert and although their shipping process could use some work as well as their pricing I was able to expedite it and got it after a few days. The install was fairly straightforward and my issue was resolved once I repaired the motor - over-all a good experience...

One issue was going to be quite costly, if repaired in a certain manner. I was given three options for that issue and was not pushed in any direction. He sent a tech, who happened to be Ron's son, to my house in the timeframe which we agreed. Rich told him to jumpstart the car in my garage and wait to see me lock up the house and see me get into my car, running in the driveway, before he headed back to the shop. He did just that. The service call, battery, and installation were all done at a reasonable price and done quickly! I came home in plenty of time. Ron's level of customer service is phenomenal!
