I love that Glowing Greens has time slots, which elevates stress and allows you to fully enjoy each round without the pressure of other people waiting behind you. Awesome experience and truly saved our night after rain ruined our original plans!

The seats in the theater are small compared to a regular movie theater, however, most seats were empty. We were maybe 1 of about 5 families or so. They had a snack area with affordable snacks and we made out pretty good compared to what we would have spent at a movie theater. The only downside is they don't sell nachos. The staff were friendly and admission is waived if you buy a movie ticket. The bathrooms were clean and easily accessible. Parking was super easy.

It was me, my 2 kids and my sister and her 2 kids. There was another couple with their kid, so the place wasn't packed. We got food at the concession stand and were chillin at the tables with our kids. After eating, our kids had a sugar rush and decided to race up and down where the tables were. We figured since the place was vacant it was totally fine given that it's an arcade and kids typically run around there anyways. My sister took the kids up to get prizes after they were done playing games and overheard one of the employees talking bad about us, pointing my sister out to one of his coworkers saying how we just let our kids run around. I'm sorry, but if that was such a big issue we could've had an employee approach us and told us nicely that it wasn't okay. we were there January 6th, the employee that was talking about to us was a bigger dude with blonde curly hair pretty sure his name tag was Riley and he was talking to his coworker who was a girl wearing a green sweater. If they don't like kids being crazy running around then you probably should not be working in a place where the customer base is mostly kids. It definitely makes me not feel welcomed with my kids and makes me not want to come back anymore.

Pitch black arena you end up getting shot by your own team more than the opposing team. They have 6 different lighting modes when you ask the ref to go up even one level on lighting the response is "ill think about it" and not change it for even single game. If you request a game play mode the ref again says "we'll see" then never playing your request through the whole night. They make random teams so every game is mismatched on skill level. But if you ask to be with your son they intentionally split you up half the night. They have rules never seen before such as gun hits count then your gun, red dot, flashlight, etc get targeted and needing repair. If someone is found and complaints about cheating they will give them a soft warning but if you leave the course after a game before the ref says you get kicked out. I will never go here again and would advice all fellow air softers to not get treated like a baby and get talked down to by power tripping refs and pitch black maps and spend your money somewhere where they respect and show loyalty to their customers who are spending $1000s+

There is parking on the street only. They have a rather large cafe and bar (beef and wine) with more offerings then most places and not just gross fried food. Generally speaking, this is a really wonderful establishment that is suited at catering for adults…read moreand children alike. There is a large indoor play structure and it's big enough to accommodate dozens and dozens of kids. Before you can send your child to play in the structure, you do have to fill out a basic waiver online. It's a flat fee of $15 per kid for the entire day regardless of how long you stay. Kids do have to remove their shoes before they enter so I highly recommend that you bring at least one good pair of socks. For parents, there are plenty of tables out front of the structure, where you can observe your child while they play. The tables don't really allow for unobstructed visualization of your kid, but you can see them every so often as they approach the front of the structure. There is a full snack bar that includes your basic treats and some simple foods like pizza and appetizers. There's also wine by the glass and beers on tap. There is a small dedicated parking lot in the back of the facility, but it fills up very quickly on weekends. Otherwise, you're subject to to street parking which has hourly costs. The bathrooms are mostly clean and they accommodate children, as expected. The food is above average and the prices are fair. The place does feel a little bit chaotic at peak hours, but my child always has a lot of fun and I generally don't have to feel too worried about their safety while they play. They have a few dedicated rooms for birthday parties and events, which I have never used. They also have very large garage door panels on the walls that can be opened when the temperatures are warm to lift and allow for better ventilation from the exterior. I do worry a bit about the cleanliness of the entire place and I wish they had more hand sanitizer stations throughout the business. Otherwise, the service is as good as I would hope and it's generally an above average experience for everyone in my family.
