We both went home for summer and called to freeze our plan, so that way we can return in the fall. The receptionist mentioned she would freeze it until August when we were able to come back. However, I was still charged for the next month. When we called back, they said that's "not how they do it there" and I wouldn't be able to get a refund, although we had called before to freeze it for this month, and we won't even be able to use the membership since we are not currently living in Orlando. The receptionist was rude and could not except the fact that maybe they messed up in their end, and kept blaming it on me. Would not recommend for college students going home for a semester or anyone who would not like to get scammed.

I decided to check out Uncanny and was pleasantly surprised at how much I have learned from Coach Vinny in the short amount of time I have been there. He actually coaches throughout the wod and offers cues and corrections in a way that I am able to understand quickly. He is very observant of minor details which makes a world of a difference. The gym is fairly large compared to other boxes in the area. There is no A/C, which, I should deduct a star for, but since that is the classic "crossfit/warehouse" way, I wont LOL. I leave the gym drenched in sweat, sore the next day, and with better technique and direction. I am glad I checked this place out! My only recommendation would be to reduce the amount of Gator gear around the gym because its a bit nausating. Go Noles :-)

There is everything you need and more, from treadmills, stepmasters, free weights, even a Babe Cave. They have Zumba class, Matt Pilates, and boot camp, and they are all great. Need more, register with one of the amazing personal trainers for accountability and that extra push you might need. Time to relax, there is a sauna. There is also an infrared sauna, cold plunge tub, cryo bed, and a hydro massage chair. Need to tan, you'll also find a tanning bed. I'm in love with this gym. Btw, it is open 24/7.

The place is pretty clean, they have a nice variety of amenities. I prefer it to other gyms with annoying alarms and over crowding. Wish this location was 24-7 though, only real downside.

I signed up for Crunch Fitness Casselberry's 3-month introductory plan and enrolled my son as well…read more When my son decided to move to another city, I asked the manager to cancel his membership. He said it would cost $19.36, which seemed fair, so I went ahead. What I didn't realize was that just days earlier, they had charged me the annual fee. When I returned to request a refund (since my son wouldn't be using the gym), I was told the annual fee was non-refundable. At that point, I canceled my own membership too. I can't support a business that seems more interested in collecting fees than keeping its members happy. They lost two customers that day, and I lost a significant amount of money for 2 yearly memberships charged in the second month. By comparison, canceling my previous gym was straightforward and fair, no surprises, no runaround. Very disappointing. In principle, I'm better off looking for another gym.
