That is where the manager tries to sell you an expensive gym contract and training sessions. At no point did anyone ask how I was feeling or explained the whole Cross fit lifestyle. I left feeling that it was a place only for insiders. After reviewing other options here on Yelp I found Athlete EGO Cross Fit. A completely different experience that has me Cross Fitting like the best of them. I rate NMB 2 stars due to the lack of customer service, tiny facility with dirty equipment, and high pricing.

Also never saw them wipe down any equipment between rotations like the other location would. Rarely was there anyone at the front desk. The music would be so quiet it was the opposite of motivating, especially being able to hear everyone breathing and the conversations mentioned above. Oh and it's the same old people mix on repeat, not even good throw backs. I wouldnt not recommend this location unless you wanna be bored or bothered during your workout. Plus street parking sucks unless you buy the monthly valet.
