But 510 changed that for me. The first day I walked in there I immediately knew this was where I was meant to get my health back. The community here is full of people you won't necessarily find just anywhere. It doesn't matter how fit you are or how fit the person next to you is, because we will be cheering you on, supporting you in a way you didn't think people did anymore. The coaches keep things fun, but also make sure you are being safe. They are hilarious and also extremely motivating. I really haven't found a gym like this since my old one closed, and to be honest, 510 is even better! I have injuries from a car accident years ago and the coaches are always ready to modify a workout for me. They are extremely knowledgeable at what they do. It doesn't matter what level you are at or if you are injured, I promise you that you won't regret stepping in those doors. It truly changed my life (physically, mentally and emotionally). Every time I go, it helps me believe in myself a little more and some of the best people I have met in my life, I met through Crossfit. Don't hesitate. Run here. You won't regret it.

He made sure to answer all of my questions and gave me a free trial of the class before I joined. The morning groups and small, so you get one on one attention during workouts. And the workouts are engaging and fun. They're also adaptable to each person's fitness and endurance level. This location is equipped with a nice private shower. They even have a hair dryer so I can go straight to the office from here. No excuses!

I've been deeply concerned about their customer service. Because of health issues I've had to extend my membership. They've been resistant or refused at times. Most recently, I injured myself running at Orange Theory and had the most difficult time suspending my membership. They seem uncaring and at times unresponsive to emails. I'm concerned that they don't actually care about including people with medical issues and only care about their corporate standards. If you come, I'd recommend a class pack to start and prepared to be very on top of paperwork and be prepared to provide doctors notes for extending memberships.

The floor is not all supervised by a manager, or supervisor. So you are by your own at the whim some gys/members to bully you. At times you find members who are supposed to be cared by the parent/legal guardian, but they are left by them selves, so members need to navigate safely such a situation. The designated manager never leaves her chair, never supervise the floor, and the center appears to be run just by the members, on your own honor. City Sport can definitely improve the management at the Richmond center, and upper management should intervene to take appropriate action. Yes, the front desk guys do there best, but cannot do much on such circumstances as it falls beyond their pay grade.
