I have been going to CFT for over 5 years. We love it here. Isaac, Camille and all of the coaches are really knowledgeable and make sure you know the movements and have good form. It's a great atmosphere and very family oriented. My kids are always welcome and they love coming, too. I've never been one to work out consistently until I started coming here. I can do things now I never thought I would be able to do, like pull ups and run a seven minute mile. Coming to CFT really is one of the best choices I've made for my family and myself! read more

I have been dropping in here since my parents moved to Temecula in 2014. They have been consistently excellent! Many CrossFit gyms are run like a TV station that has different shows at different times. There are lifting classes at certain times and gymnastics, yoga and other classes at other times. Thankfully this place is all CrossFit. The coaches are outstanding. Camille and Nick work for CrossFit HQ and are some of the best coaches I have ever seen in action in my 13 years as a CrossFitter. The newer coaches are also excellent. Missy, Vangie, Annie, AJ Chua and Alex are outstanding. They're all athletes that do the program and coach it with great care. I can clearly see that they're constantly studying and putting in time preparing for classes. The programming is done by Alex. He clearly understands the goals of CrossFit and consistently delivers workouts that meet those goals. The community is supportive, competitive and kind. Go once and you'll feel like part of the family. Many gyms are a bit intimidating. Not this place. There are members of all different ages, shapes and sizes. Workouts are tailored to each athlete's skill level. Stop by and you'll see what I mean. read more

Been going to this box for about a year now and couldn't ask for more out of a gym. The wife and I were looking for something more exciting than your average gym and we'd heard of Crossfit and thought we'd enjoy it, but never thought we'd be as hooked as we are today. Great, knowledgeable and friendly staff. They've recently expanded and it's even better with more equipment and space for the larger classes. It's always challenging and never boring! We look forward to our workouts everyday and love the community atmosphere. I have been a happy and keen member of CrossFit Temecula for almost three (3) years now. I frequent the 630pm evening class generally, the coaches continuously make sure I have the proper adjustments for specific movements and the many injuries I tend to have, and am using correct form throughout the class, just as they do the other members. Classes are filled with random salty banter, keeping things light, but encouraging. Everyone, from the staff to the members, are helpful and welcoming I would definitely recommend CrossFit Temecula to anyone who is looking to start or maintain a fitness program but isn't down with a traditional gym. read more

Crossfit is a great workout. I have been working out in gyms for years and it gets pretty boring after awhile and I seem to plateau quickly. Crossfit Temecula is a great place to workout with a great trainer and fun people. I really like the "class" aspect, everyone is great there and Nick really knows what he is doing. I've been a member of this Crossfit affiliate (aka box, aka gym) for about 1.5 years and thought it was about time to give it a review. Primarily because I have seen several Crossfit locations open in the area over the last few months and wanted to share what sets this one apart. First off, each Crossfit location is independent, you will get a somewhat similar experience with the types of workouts, but a very diverse experience with the quality of the training. If you are just looking into Crossfit, if you can, try and get a week free membership to try out each one. Pay attention to how nice the staff and other members are to you and each other, see how happy everyone is, more then anything that will reflect the most about the gym. Lets break this down into a few categories. 1. Staff First off, the staff is top notch. Coaching isn't something they do to make a few extra dollars or to cash in on the Crossfit fad, but it is something they truly believe in and it comes out in the instruction. Two of the coaches at Temecula Crossfit work for Crossfit Headquarters teaching people who want to become crossfit instructors. Becoming one of these instructors is no easy task and our gym has two (one male, one female), what this means is they are always learning new/better ways to teach (this benefits us). The owner is very picky on who he hires to be a coach; just because they have a certification doesn't mean he will hire them to teach. Every single coach is very approachable and loves answering questions and offering help and support. 2. Equipment New equipment is always getting added or replaced. New ideas/programs are being implemented and tried out to give everyone a diverse and full experience. All of this is important because it reflects the dedication of the owner and the staff to giving everyone a top notch workout. 3. Quality of the workouts I can't say enough about the workouts, over time you will see that there is a method to the madness, workouts are diverse, challenging but strategic focusing on different movements/muscle groups etc. ( I'm no expert on this stuff, but talk to the owner if you think I am full of it). 4. Members Members here are like family. With my personality (introvert and super withdrawn), this says a lot. Everyone is very nice and supportive regardless of your age/gender/bodytype. This place is not competitive but encouraging that everyone try their best. 5. GIRLS!!! Okay, now that I got your attention. This place is NOT a meat market, so get that Crossfit stereotype out of your head. I have seen nothing but respect between genders. I think this is an important point; girls can workout here without having to worry about getting hit on or treated poorly. 6. Kids This gym has a very family centric atmosphere, lots of husband/wife workout partners, kids running around between workouts, etc. I have seen many pregnant girls working out here as well. It feels 'nice' to come here and watch all the kids growing up and knowing I can bring my 4 year old here and be accepted. read more

I've visited a few gyms in the valley. By far Nick is the best coach in the area. I've rarely seen a coach/owner put as much effort into his athletes as Nick does. His fundamentals are sound and he cares about good form on the lifts. I visit the area a lot on business, and again I wouldn't go anywhere else if I lived here. Walked into Crossfit Temecula today and was greeted like I have been a member for years. I am in town on business and it was no problem to jump in with there class. Loved every minute of it. My boyfriend and I were in Temecula visiting family...and when we walked into Crossfit Temecula they treated us like family too! Nick was very welcoming and allowed us to take advantage of open gym time and made sure we were up to date on the classes for the Holiday week! The other members made sure to introduce themselves and we had a great week at this box. Nick is a great trainer, very knowledge with Crossfit, and was helpful with any questions you may have (I always have questions! lol!). Reading the reviews makes should let you know that you should some place else, This so called "trainer" has no class, (In fact his class sizes are getting smaller by the days) One thing he needs to understand, you are the teacher and you clients are the students! If you don't understand it then do the right thing and quit! when you think that cross fit means cross the line then you Mr. Sanduski are a disgrace to this industry! If I was your business partner and your lucky I'm not you'd be out of a job and it would be hard for you to find any work with your current work or lack of work ethics that have and need to in your position, If your business partner has any brains he would look at attendance and profits going down due to "trainer" in the real world you make financial mistakes like that and your fired, time to wake up a smell the coffee but it's hard to smell it with a giant piece of $#it in the building, if I could lower my rating on this place I certain would and I thought that one star was as low as you could go....until you know the type of people who work there- My name is Rick and if you have a problem with this the step up! read more

My girlfriend and I was visiting Temecula from LA and wanted to try out a local crossfit gym. This was the closest place to where we were staying and we were delightfully surprised by how great this gym is. The members were friendly and welcoming of new people. Also I was impressed with the well equipped and clean the gym was Not to mention there was TONS of square footage, and a great instructor. Also coming from LA we weren't used to crossfit gyms having kids, but this place has three areas meant for kids of different ages and many of the members had children. It was refreshing to see so many kids cheering on their parents and being part of something good for the whole family! If you have children, or don't, this would be a welcoming and exemplary place to try out crossfit! read more

Dirty, Dirty, Dirty. Was an interesting work out and the trainer was HOT. but they really need to clean the place up. I have to say it was not worth the money especially considering there was not a single person in shape there...call me old fashion but when i choose which gym to join i look at what results others have had...no one whos body i was envious of there.. i went with a "hot" yoga regime. lean body and better for the mind for half the cost. Would like to try the work out again but not there.. any suggestions? Would say its a great place to meet men. read more

Nick and the whole staff are incredible. It is a motivating, supportive, family environment. The staff ensures proper techniques are utilized in every class and continue to monitor throughout the workout. I moved in the last six months and miss this place terribly. The gym here lacks knowledgeable teachers. If I had started here in my new location doing CrossFit, I would never have continued or promoted the brand. However, knowing what an amazing experience I had with Nick and the people at this Temecula location helped me to persevere in my current place. I'm constantly recalling what Nick, Camille, and others drilled in my head. I wish the critics would give this particular location a chance before drawing a conclusion about CrossFit in general. read more

The coaching is spot on! I appreciate the coaches adjusting the workout to each person's ability. So many CF gyms today push people beyond what they should reasonably do, but CFT works with everyone to increase their level of fitness at a safe pace.
