New playgrounds are always calling my name and this one didn't skip a beat! Owner Brian is really nice and welcomed me into the big open space, which is currently under construction, but coming along nicely. This facility is going to be amazing when they open up to the public. Follow them on the gram to keep up with current info and to see when they will announce their grand opening date. @rawfitness_temecula It started in Las Vegas and now they are spreading into other regions, and I believe Temecula happens to be their first one in CA! This gym is going to be LIT!! The restrooms will have shower stalls for men and women (2 each, 1 of which is ADA accessible). There are lockers for you to use while you're working out. They will offer personal training (both one-on-one and in small group settings). If you're looking for a new gym in the Temecula area, keep your eyes on Raw Fitness!! The studio had hygiene items for emergencies for its members and low and behold there it was...... a giant can of aerosol deodorant. I proceeded to hot box the entire restroom so that I could bathe in the sweet smell of "autumn dusk" Anyways long story short it made me smell a little better and I really appreciate their thoughtfulness. The coaches also come around to correct form if needed. What I love most is walking in and being greeted by the coaches, they all take the time to remember everyone's name. Yesterday was my 100th class with F45, I love that they celebrate your milestones with you! Even got the most thoughtful card from Coach Starla! Everyone is amazing! My first experience with Boombox was when I had left my previous gym in 2016 as a newer level 1 coach and Eric was quick to welcome me to the Boombox family. It took one drop-in for me to know that BMBX was the right spot for me and to know I was in good hands. Eric and I have been homies ever since, and to this day I feel so welcomed every chance I get to drop in. My point is, if you're looking for a gym try this one. It's a great atmosphere and very family oriented. My kids are always welcome and they love coming, too. I've never been one to work out consistently until I started coming here. I can do things now I never thought I would be able to do, like pull ups and run a seven minute mile. Coming to CFT really is one of the best choices I've made for my family and myself!

If you value strong, steady leadership, certified coaches, and a healthy community, I'd choose another gym. The coaches and owners who held the community together are gone. Right now, I can't recommend CFIV--and leaving is one of the most disappointing decisions I've had to make. For a long time, this gym was a second home: coaches who cared, programming that made you better, and a culture where people were genuinely friends and supported each other. I recommended it without hesitation for years and felt proud to call it my home gym. Then everything changed--fast. What used to feel welcoming started to feel akward. Communication went from clear and respectful to vague, inconsistent, and often reactive. Policies seemed to shift depending on who you were, and concerns that members raised were brushed off or met with defensiveness instead of accountability. Dozens of longtime members left. Yet ownership tried to dismiss and downplay significant concerns. Marketing emails, texts, and social media posts being sent out right now pretend like there is a robust community at CFIV. Don't be fooled. There isn't. The large and tight-knit community no longer exists. The hardest part is that none of this felt unavoidable. It felt like the community was collateral damage. The drama seeped into day-to-day operations--impacting scheduling, coaching consistency, and how members were treated. The "we're all in this together" vibe that made this place special was gone almost overnight. I'm not writing this to be petty or to stir anything up. I'm writing it because I truly cared about this gym and the people in it, and I'm genuinely sad it came to this. If you're new to CrossFit and looking for a community , you wont find it here. As long as the current ownership is involved, I will not be returning -- along with many of the former members.

This is an amazing workout and you and in and out in 1 hour. Stretch, High Intensity Strength Training, Stretch....DONE. You move the entire time. I have hip and back issues and I modify so many moves, but you do what you can at your level. The trainers make sure you keep form and modify to hit the right muscles. The gym is so great, I joke that the "floor" sold me as it is super padded so I can actually get on the floor and workout! This has been such a great experience. After loosing over 100 pounds I had to get my muscles stronger and this was the path. I am so grateful to have had this AMAZING Awesome Experience.
