Selected three dates they could provide the quote to me, basically today (Friday) and the weekend, Sat/Sun. Also picked those days of the week as the ones I'd regularly want as my service date. Response from the business was lacking (see attached). They were "unable to service," and do not work weekends. I guess that means no quote on the work and future Fridays are out, too? I saw her work at two separate Airbnb's we stayed at & was given her info with glowing recommendations. Patty is very thorough. She moves the dog crate to get to the hair & dust bunnies. The office is cleaned without being disturbed. She is super easy to communicate with & she listens! Her rates are very reasonable given the size of the house & what she has to deal with: senior dog + 3 teenaged boys = other cleaning services just turned around & ran. My house looks & smells great & I no longer have to be mad at the men in my life for being gross. At the end of the day, communication is key in any relationship. I've found it best to be reasonable in your expectations...but I will say she was able to remove a large black mark on my brand new counter that the installer swore was part of the white stone! The house was empty, but it had been empty a couple months so it was dusty and grimy and the floors needed vacuuming and mopping and it was ALL done perfectly.
