The 3rd and 4th pictures show what I got for an almost $400 failed service of carpet cleaning from "ZEROrez". Your two men who came on April 17, and back on April 18, for an additional extravagant amount, can vouch for the FACT that THERE WERE ZERO STAINS TO TREAT! It was AFTER the 30 day, so called guarantee, that this stain began to surface and worsen as time went on. I was told that management would DO NOTHING to remedy THEIR ERROR, and I was treated very rudely by the first, second, and fifth unprofessional female who talked over me, not a bit concerned with my terrible carpet "servicing". I had to hire, for an additional $161, another company, who was happy to come out TODAY, when no promised call back from a Zerorez manager, for the 2nd time, would return my phone call. Best Carpet Restoration, WHICH I HIGHLY RECOMMEND, did a superb service, were friendly and did the enzyme treatment gratis,and here is their result. (See 1st and 2nd pics below below). I generously offered Charlie, from your Phoenix office, and the hateful Dallas woman rep, to pay 1/2 if Zerorez would take responsibility for my ruined carpet and make it spotless again. I told the Second Lady I spoke to around 4pm today, the same thing. She was very nice and said a base manager would get back with me in 3 days. I told her I was supposed to get a call back from a manager TODAY, before 1pm. It didn't happen, so I called back around 4. That's when the rep tried and succeeded in getting D Cole on the line for me. I put the stained pictures on my fb page and you have gotten many NEGATIVE Comments telling of similar UNSATISFACTORY reviews from past victims of ZEROREZ. Not one person said they had a positive experience with YOUR COMPANY. Three friends thanked me for my post, saying they WERE going to call ZEROREZ, to do their carpet cleaning BUT WON'T NOW!!! You not helping me with the problem YOU caused with a big stain on my carpet, has cost you MORE than it would have, had you cleaned up your mess on my carpet splitting the cost with me or just handling the WHOLE expense. You will get ZERO future business from me or my over 2000 fb friends!!! You are an unreliable carpet cleaning company, obviously, just in it for the money. I got your name off KRLD radio, 1080. I will make sure THEY know what kind of company they are falsely promoting. I will give ZEROREZ a negative review on Google and Yelp and your business will be diminished considerably as a result. Also, I will notify the Better Business Bureau and make known my costly expense from this terrible ZEROREZ experience on my 2 year old carpet. Shame on ZEROREZ as a business, and your ZERO customer consideration and service. Guess I should have asked for compensation without knowing cost. They came to my house to do a A.C. cleaning put the foil on a airduck and went to go sit in the car. Normally people will clean the airducks by putting in some broom type thing and push dust or whatever to help the vacume. When they were done, I'd say about 30min later, apon taking the vac from the ceiling the heavy big peice of wood that the foil vac seal bag is connected to fail off when he untighted the stick that's holds that up. When it fail it brushed my shoulder fell straight on my table where I was sitting (Thank God I moved over a bit I didn't need to but I did otherwise that thing would have knocked me out or killed me) bracking everything on it, cracking the table, sraching the hardwood floor and sadly broke my cell phone along with a few other things. He asked if I was ok I said yes and gave me his card to access everything and call him since my phone broke and if I needed compensation. I told him ok thank you I will, I know it was an accident don't feel bad and then they left. 10 days went by I called once i got the cell phone cost because unforchantly the glass just kept coming out of it over the days so I needed to get another one. I called the office told them what happened and the guy said he dosnt think it fair that he has to pay it. The office manager Michael said they would contact me in a few days and here we are. So needless to say they are not going to pay for any damages. Sad grown men who can't take responsibility for their actions saying he don't think it's fair that He damaged my home and now has to pay because I said I was ok. What! He said I told him I was ok so he thought everything was ok. No, you damaged my house why would you think it was ok? Just because I didn't yell or ask for money right then and there. What would I ask for i didn't know how much. I'm only asking for my cell phone not the table, items on it, or anything else. Please go someplace else Groupon is investigating this so they say and know if something goes wrong this place will not take responsibility so to bad so bad. If something dose happen I will update so you know they do take care of their clients because this really sould not be this big of a deal. It happened now take care of it and move on. Had they have helped me I wouldn't have canceled my whole house cleaning. Sad because I had 4 houses for them since we need other homes to be cleaned before final sale. Sears it is.

It took one month to get an estimate completed for repairs needed. The mitigation and pack out employees were super nice though. Professional and highly personable. I loved those guys. I just wish all the departments were as professional, specifically the accounts receivable department. One employee was very hostile and extremely rude towards me when I was just asking questions about getting a repair estimate for my claims adjuster to see what needed to be paid. I also was told that a bill was overdue when it literally came to me the day before. The charges were outrageous for pack out materials. I feel like I made a poor decision choosing them. If customer service employees in accounts receivable (one employee in particular) were not bullying and hostile and the various departments actually communicated, I wouldn't have regretted my decision to use them. It was a mistake.

    I hired Tidy Maids for the third time, paying $209 for a monthly cleaning service of just the…read moredownstairs area of my home (approximately 2,200 square feet). Unfortunately, the quality has declined with each visit. Before their arrival, I called in the morning to request a 30-minute heads-up, as both my husband and I work from home. The last time they came, they forgot to notify us, so I wanted to make sure it didn't happen again. However, once again, they failed to inform us before arriving. When they showed up, I mentioned that I needed to quickly dry the master bedroom sheets, since they hadn't given me the advance notice I had requested. They assured me it was no problem as the sheets would be dry well before they finished. Two cleaners arrived, and we immediately recognized one from a previous company we had stopped using due to poor service. They spent about two hours cleaning while I worked in my office. When I noticed they were getting ready to leave, I went to grab the sheets from the dryer for them, but when I came out of the laundry room, they were already gone--without saying goodbye or asking if I was satisfied with the work. This was the second time they had left without attempting making the master bedroom bed. I called the scheduling manager to report the issue. She was polite and asked me to email pictures of the problem areas. She also offered to send the cleaners back, which I appreciated. However, a follow-up phone call to ensure the problem was fully resolved would have been a nice touch, especially to prevent this from happening again. As I inspected their work, I was really disappointed. Our house is pretty clean but they missed several areas: the backsplash behind the stove wasn't wiped down, the front of the dishwasher still had visible smudges and water spots, and they didn't move a few small items on our coffee bar to clean underneath, which when I moved them, you can see rings on the countertop (see pictures), pet hair and dust under the kitchen counters, and didn't use any wood cleaner or wipe down the bedroom furniture. They even made the guest bed with the comforter upside down. Not a huge deal, but shows a complete lack of care. On top of that, they didn't dust the bookshelves or wipe down my desk in the office. By the time the cleaners were sent back, I had already cleaned most of the missed areas myself, so they only came back to make the bed. Overall, I'm really disappointed with the quality of the service.
