I showed up on time and they turned me away from this appointment because they said I had to fill out my information on an iPad which took almost 15 minutes. This was supposed to be my final dental cleaning with BND because I've withdrawn my clientship with them due to the rudeness of the front desk staff. I believe they purposely pushed this iPad at me at the beginning of my dental cleaning visit so that it would take up a portion of my visit and they could say there wasn't time for my cleaning. I even asked if I could fill it out after my visit for time reasons and they denied me. I believe that the front office staff deliberately cut my appointment short because I had filed a complaint with the BBB, which BND has not responded to. The BBB suggested that I file a complaint with the Attorney General.I still have orthodontia services that are paid for, but the front office staff will not give my messages to Dr. Jamali, my orthodontist, nor will they schedule my next Ortho appointments. When I call, they continually interrupt me with "policy" and tell me that there are no appointments available. Then they hang up on me. I've requested a call back from a manager and Dr. Jamali 3 times with no response. I've even requested this in person and no one calls me back. I still have orthodontia services that were started but not finished. They installed composite material on 16 of my teeth, making my teeth rough and fuzzy feeling in order to make the trays fit better. Once my treatment is finished, they are supposed to remove this material. I still have more trays, but I was told I might not get the trays or the service because I withdrew my cleaning clientship with them. My concern is that my orthodontia services are not complete and my teeth have a horrible rough and bumpy feeling due to the composite material called "buttons" that they glued to my teeth. I can't even get ahold of my orthodontist because the front office staff won't give them my messages. I need to be able to complete my Ortho services that are paid for without fear of retaliatory action against me for filing the BBB report. Either my orthodontist is not getting the messages I've been giving the front office staff, or they don't want to finish my treatment, which is not acceptable. It is very hostile when I contact the front desk or show up at the office and they are refusing to give me phone numbers for regional managers where I can complain that they are blocking my messages. I really just need to get my treatment finished. I've been hung up on 3 times upon requesting this information. The front office staff has way too much power over my treatment and this scares me. If they are blocking my ability to get messages to my care team, what else are they doing with my personal information? I need help making my final ortho appointments and ensuring that I am not retaliated against during my appointments in any way. I would also like to get my final cleaning that was denied me because of the time it took to fill out information on the iPad at the beginning of the appointment. It is unacceptable to have office staff affect people's dental healthcare because of a client complaint. Thank you.
