The day came for my first appointment at Cedar View Dental with Dr. Jonnes, and as soon as I walked in, I immediately felt at ease. That day they took X-rays and Dr. Jonnes went over options and a plan for future care and appointments. Second appointment was for teeth cleaning and the hygienist was fantastic. Third and most recent appointment was the first big test - fillings. I was scared and nervous, but all that changed within a few minutes. I felt no discomfort whatsoever! In a few days I'll be going back for additional treatment and I'm good with that. In my opinion, Dr. Jonnes and his staff practice the highest standards of professionalism and caring. They closed up the practice with no notice, no letter, and are not providing our dental records to give to our new dentist. Then I got a call from my mother in law, same thing happened to her January 2025. Since they are a contracted/preferred provider with my insurance, I have reported them. I have heard from the office manager (also the dentist's wife) that this office is permanently closed.
