In April 2025, I brought my vehicle to your shop due to an intermittent starting issue. After diagnostics, I was informed that the starter was defective, and it was replaced with a one-year warranty. On January 8, 2026--within that warranty period--I returned to your shop for the same starting issue. I reasonably expected this visit to be covered under the existing starter warranty, as the symptoms were identical to those previously repaired. After inspection, I was informed that both the starter and alternator were "fine," and that the issue was instead the battery. I was then quoted approximately $370 for a battery replacement, despite comparable batteries being available locally for significantly less. I declined the battery replacement. At that point, I was told I would be charged a $120 diagnostic fee, despite the following: * I was never informed of a diagnostic fee at drop-off * The vehicle was brought in for the same issue previously repaired under warranty * No new authorization was provided for paid diagnostic work Additionally, during a phone conversation, I was told that refusing to pay the diagnostic fee and refusing the battery replacement would void my starter warranty. I strongly object to this statement. A warranty cannot reasonably be voided because a customer declines unrelated repairs or disputes an undisclosed fee. I was also disappointed by the unprofessional tone of the phone conversation, which escalated into yelling rather than a respectful discussion of the issue.

Came a few months ago for a minor hit to my front passenger bumper and fender. Bumper was attached crooked the first two times as well as issues with the fender as if it was done in a rush and the third time, bumper had bubbled paint which they said would only take 30min to fix and ended up being there close to two hours and ended up being extremely late to work. They eventually get the job done but what should've taken 1-2 weeks took almost a month plus some. Not only did they not complete all of the repairs to my vehicle but I was quoted a price by Tomas for other repairs. Later, when the work wasn't done, I spoke with the manager Sam and he essentially said, "because Tomas didn't document it, it didn't happen, therefore we will not honor it." He then quoted me a price that was over $200 more. Obviously prices change by the day here and is at their discretion whether they honor a price, or document a conversation. I know this may seem like an angry rant, but I actually work for the insurance company that my car is insured by, and I know how these things work. I chose this body shop because I thought they did quality work, and while they are not the cheapest body shop, I thought they did great repairs. I've obviously been proven wrong. **Updated review -- I still wouldn't go back. The work that was done, I can honestly say, was done right. My custom colored Firenze Red Jaguar SVR was blended perfectly, but there were other things on my estimate that they didn't even take a second look at. The manager Sam was nice but at the end of the day there was no real resolve. They sided with the employee, (which is understandable from a business aspect,) but not at the expense of calling your document having, customer a liar. What's most disturbing is that because Tomas didn't document the multiple conversations that we had, the manager essentially wrote off anything that I said because he didn't document the conversation. If you choose this body shop, PLEASE get everything you do in writing. Every phone call, every voicemail, make them send you email correspondence. That's probably the only way you will not get cheated.

When I received the paperwork to see the cost they charged the insurance, it was half of the price they quoted me. They charged the insurance around 50$ per hour for labor, and quoted me around 75$. Material prices were also different, therefore they pull out prices from thin air. Next issue was the very poor quality of work they did. I have a white car and they didn't clean it properly after painting and before sealing it. So dust and dirt got trapped underneath the sealer. I had the smallest scratches possible and for them to fail at doing a proper job is very unfortunate. I would never ever recommend this place or take my car again to this place.
