Upon getting the car back the areas repainted looked fair until 3 months after I noticed bubbles in the paint that eventually led to paint chipping off the car and on another side the paint started to fade. They told me that due to driving conditions they cant determine whether it is driver error or the paint. It's probably better they didn't repaint it again because the paint would have only lasted about 3 months. The cheap prices look appealing until you realize how bad your car looks a few months after. I wouldn't recommend getting service here unless you are okay with a dull car with chipping paint. There are plenty of good paint shops in the area that actually take time to do things right and give you a warranty on their service and it's not this one.

Follow up from my initial call, through the repair estimate and work progress reports to job completion was perfect, courteous and professional. The results were excellent and delivered on time. They scratched my glass roof and tried to blame me but I'm smart and I record everything, they forgot to put weather strips on glass roof and also forgot to put latch on roof. So I had to go back and forth to this dealership at least 6 times. If it had rained my corvette would have been totaled. If I had left without latch the roof would have flew off again and I'm 100% sure they would have tried to blame me. I had my roof replaced in the past by J.D autorepairs and they had a brand new roof no scratches in a week this place took 8 months. The so called manager is absolutely clueless. For some reason she wanted to piece together the roof from old parts of the destroyed roof. Of course that didn't work and she ended up having to get all new parts. I also had warned them about how easy the roof scratches and they ignored it and still put the glass roof on a piece of cardboard box. Then they bring it out to me with scratches, of course I'm not going to accept it with scratches. So instead they try to blame me for the scratches. I had to escalate the situation many times over a 8 month period with state farm to get a new roof, the shop kept saying it was on back order. So I had state farm get the information about where the shop was getting part from. Some how a few days later they have the part. I would never come back here.

A visit to R&R for a paintless dent removal quote from the company hailstone PDR out of Killeen, TX resulted in my decision to get another quote from another paintless dent removal company. I elected to go with the other company who are local and more reputable. Fast forward a month and Steve from hailstone PDR shows up at my house and immediately gets belligerent about me opting to go with someone else. So I called R&R about the shocking offensive attack by Steve with hailstone PDR and astonishingly, R&R defended his actions. Obviously, there is money being exchanged between the two in order to keep both so-called companies right-side up. Just thought I would share, so you know what your are dealing with at R&R. Although, her wait for tow was about 45 min which was understandable due to rush hour traffic. 2nd occasion my husband needed a tow from Seabrook a day later, I called and the dispatcher took my contact info and had the awesome tow truck driver to contact me. Richard(Tow truck driver)contacted me within 5 min and within 15 minutes he made it to the location. Husband in tow and his ole faithful work car made it home safe. I brought in my own sway bar stabilizing link kit/parts which they were more than okay with accommodating. I also brought in a physical mail coupon for their shop which made the inspection and emissions test entirely free. They also have online coupons on their website that you can use. This is after I was quoted over $700 for replacement of bilateral front sway bar stabilization links by my Acura dealership. The total cost for all of the work, not including the sway bar kit that I brought in myself, was about $165.00. Very reasonable. The shop has multiple kinda of snacks, bottled water, coffee, etc available for use while waiting with free WiFi. The customer service is impeccable. The owner, a very informed and friendly middle eastern woman, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The owners and workers at the shop are open, honest, and efficient. In my opinion, this is the ideal local auto shop that anyone would be lucky to find. A diamond in the rough, truly. If I could give it 6 stars, then I would! I'll definitely be back, and you should too.
