When the gentleman showed up in an unmarked car with a small machine he plugged into the wall, that should have been a clue. it doesn't even look as good as when I do it myself with my home carpet cleaner. usually when we have the carpets and upholstery done the house smells really fresh and clean. Everything smells the same. I no have to do it over again a week before we have a house full of people and we are out a lot more money than we should have been. Steer clear. This is NOT professional carpet cleaning.

So i did not hesitate to call him again for the back glass of my iPhone 13 pro Well Tom came over and sat in his van and fixed my iPhone 13 pro or at least I thought so. I came inside and not 10 minutes later my front screen was popping off of the phone. I messaged and told him about this, and he responded back with telling me that because they had to remove the clips to remove the back the front clips might be lose well it was more than that the LCD screen was off and on even when it was just sitting there on the table. I messaged again that morning asking if someone could come and look at my phone because I cannot send him a screenshot of the damage obviously and he blew me off for about a week. Finally, he had someone named Ian come out to look at the front screen and Ian told me that the clips on the front were,gone so I got my iPhone 13 pro fixed the back glass was broken on it nut nothing was wrong with the front of the glass at all. After booking an appointment someone who has an issue with their work you are no longer important because they won't come back and fix it unless they charge you again and again they don't even give you a discount I learned a lesson to never do business with someone who is not apple certified yeah he charges 100 dollars to fix your phone however it takes him all of 3 minutes to do it and it'll be broken again in less than a month so if you just bite the bullet and go to an apple certified place and pay maybe 200 your phone will still be eligible for trade in and it won't break permanently in a money or less i mean if you want to throw the phone away let him fix it or if you think because someone knows something you don't you can watch a YouTube video and learn how to do it just as easily and not give your money to this greedy man he is hands down a crook i promise you the biggest crook!!! Your response to my post about your company shows right there that you truly are a piece of shit I mean most businesses ask the person how they could've made their experience better bot not you. You already know you are a piece of work and you'll just about do whatever you have to do to get a sale and if someone has an issue with your work you are 'too busy' to come back and look at the work you did but if they have something else their wanting to pay for you'll be right there. It's all good I have seen your type before you wont make it long in life. You;ll end up dying early of something like a heart attack or something bless your heart.

Dropped my wedding dress off December 9, 2025. Went to get fitted on January 7, 2026. I was pinned…read moreand told it would be ready for my last fitting on May 7, 2026 and pick up date would be May 9, 2026. Go to pick up dress on the 7th, they didn't alter it. They told me i lost weight instead. I was then told i wasn't a good christian because i have tattoos on my arm. i told them i would be back on May 9 to pick up my dress after they had asked me to pick it up on the 11th. (i get married the 16 and will be out of town starting the 11th). i told them no i would be picking it up on the 9th as promised. I get there on the 9th at 1:00 and i go to put it on, it's too small. i couldn't get into it. So i told them again i can't get into my dress because it's too small but two days ago they told me I had lost weight and that's why it didn't fit. I let them know once again. I would not be leaving this area until I had my wedding dress in hand and that I would be back before they closed at 3 o'clock. i got my dress at 3:00. moral of a story I would not recommend this business. There is no communication between employees. My dress was forgotten about and the excuse that was brought up was I lost weight instead of just admitting that they forgot. they continued to try and make me pick up my wedding dress three days before I get married and I kept telling them I could not because it is an out-of-town wedding and I was commented on not being a good enough Christian because I had tattoos. 10/10 do not recommend.
