I was super frustrated for a moment but Austin stuck with it and helped me a lot. The system was a little mixed up about the status and I think that contributed to the confusion.

They completed work at my home three months ago, and almost immediately issues started coming up. I asked them to come back out to re-evaluate, and when they finally did, that visit went poorly and clearly needs to be redone. Since then, more than two months have passed with absolutely no effort on their part to correct the situation. Meanwhile, the problem has only continued to get worse. I have reached out repeatedly trying to get back on the schedule, and I've been met with delays, excuses, and empty promises. It's beyond frustrating at this point. What makes this even more upsetting is that I paid top dollar specifically because I wanted the job done correctly the first time. Instead, I'm left with worsening issues and zero accountability. Scott keeps saying he's "reaching out," but nothing ever actually happens. I'm exhausted from chasing a company I already paid. This experience has been incredibly disappointing and completely unacceptable.

We provided them with our idea of what we needed by giving them a drawing in Autocad. They came to our home and review the pitched roof which connected with a sloping roof line where we needed a special, custom made gutter and down spout. The rain was pouring off this roof and corner and causing a mess on our astro-turf patio. The rain was also splashing into and through our sliding patio doors. The young men inspected the roof and confirmed that our gutter specifications agreed with their assessment, We scheduled a day and time with them, they showed up on time and finished the work in a couple hours. Total price was $235.00 which I felt was a great price for the work.

I got an estimate from Chris, & it was a bit lower than another company's. We conducted almost 100% of our business over the phone or via text. When he texted the job was done, I went to check on the work and everything looked good, except for one piece over a dormer that got skipped. I texted Chris a photo and within two hours of my text the work was done & a fresh photo texted back to me. We're going to meet in person within the hour to swap an invoice for a check. This has been a very easy-going process for me, and I'm sure my husband and I will ask A-Seal-Tite for a gutter estimate on the house we now live in.

We have an old home, over 100 years old, and over the 20 years we've lived here, we've had quite a…read morebit of work done. Superior Structures has been, by far, the worst company we've had to deal with. Our initial request was a 5' tall fence, with 3' of privacy fence and 2' of lattice at the top. We live in the middle of Lafayette and have a relatively small yard. A few blocks down from us is the exact style of fence we wanted. We informed Superior Structures of what we wanted, let them know the location of the fence we wanted to emulate, and they assured us they would produce a fence "better then" the fence we were trying to mimic. Our initial impressions were positive. Work started out well, I removed our old fence and had everything cleared for them upon their arrival. They laid in 4x4 uprights for the general fence and 4x6 for the gates (3 gates in total). Then the building of the actual fence began, and things went downhill immediately. First, they began building the fence at a 6' height, a full foot higher then we had agreed on. Upon being informed of this, they told us it's too late now, and tried to tell us that any modifications at this point would be an additional fee (this fence was already costing us $8,000... Partially this was due to Covid price increases... but this was $2k more then the closest competing bid). We finally talked them into correcting the issue after showing them proof of the original agreement. Then we were informed that they could not purchase the straight lattice (instead of the 45 degree angle you typically see) for a reasonable cost, and that they'd build it. Each section was built with 1x2 treated lumber, which would've been great if they'd checked the pieces for straightness. They did not, so the lattice looked closer to spaghetti. Upon "completion" of the project, the tops of the gates were not level with the fence, they'd shortened the fence, but not the gate, so we again had to have them fix that. The tops of the fence were not level, they did not flow with the ground level, nor were they level at the top. So there was no strategy for flowing the fence from one section to the next. Additionally the separating wood between the privacy lower and the lattice upper were neither level with the top, NOR level from segment to segment. The privacy segment, instead of being framed and inserted into a frame, were just tacked onto the front. the lattice was tacked together with staples, and later fell off. their "no sag gates" sag constantly, the latches they provide are horrible and i've had to adjust them constantly. And the icing on the cake, absolutely no after completion support. All of these above issues, minus the height difference between the gate and fence, were fixed by myself, as the company would not take or return calls. Years later and we're still regretting using these guys. If you have any custom portion of a fence, whether it's gates, not perfectly even terrain (the terrain on this project varied in height less then a foot from end to end, and less then 3" from segment end to segment end), a unique design, or you expect support after the initial work, stay far, far away. If you want a cookie cutter privacy fence tossed up.... do it yourself, you'll still do a better job.
