Horrible management!!! This dealership doesn't care about buyers. They tried to misrepresent the true state of the vehicle we purchasd and apparently planned to push the damage off on the warranty company at our expense! We went in on a Saturday afternoon to purchase a used car and while we loved the car, we wanted it inspected by their service department before purchasing it. We couldn't get it inspected at our shop which was closed but we were in a bit of a hurry because we really needed the vehicle soon so we assumed their service department would do a good inspection. Finally, on Monday they said the inspection was done and that it came back good. The salesperson seemed trustworthy so we went to sign the paperwork. The finance guy was extremely rude and pushy in trying to get us to purchase a warranty that would more than double our monthly payments and cost us $16,680 total for a $9,800 vehicle. We almost walked out we were so upset with the harrasment! The next day our son began driving the car to Denver every day for a work project and noticed the car shaking at speeds over 70. Thinking it was just a tire out of balance, I told him to drive a little slower until I had time to get it into the tire shop. The tire shop which is my regular mechanic, told me the problem was that the front lower control arm bushings were broken and wallowed out and the rear lateral arm bushings were also broken as well as the rear lower control arm bushing, plus front and rear struts were leaking - $4,400 estimate. He said there is no way that this car had been properly inspected as this damage was obviously going on for some time. Over the next several weeks I left messages for the managers and never got a return call. My sales rep relayed a messages saying I could trade in the car for a newer one but had no further details other than the manager would call me. That never happened. Finally I got through to the sales manager and he was surprised the sales rep said they would trade in the vehicle. I said I would be happy for them to just repair it. He said they were "unwilling to lose any money on this vehicle". He asked me to email him the estimate and inspection report and he would discuss it with the GM. I emailed and waited a week. I sent an email telling that I would like the vehicle repaired or for them to just unwind the deal and give me my money back. I never got a reply or phone call. After a week I called again, was told both the sales manager and GM were busy and they would call me right back - they never did. While the car was purchased "As IS" they told me the inspection report came back good - THAT IS BLATANT MISREPRESENTATION. They were apparently trying to push the warranty on me and then have the warranty company cover the damage they found which is probably why they didn't give me the inspection report. I would have been reasonable with them had they even offered to repair only the control arms/bushings, but they showed no interest in trying to resolve this at all. They don't want to lose money but have no problem if their customers do! Do yourself and another dealer that isn't trying to deceive their customers!!!

Hyundai is making a big presence in the EV market these days with their lineup of electric vehicles. However, if the goal is to convince people to buy electric, you really do a disservice to yourself, the industry, and your potential customers when you block public chargers with your own vehicles. This is definitely intentional as there were at least 6 open parking spots 2 cars over, so they apparently don't want anyone charging here but them. The term is called being an EVhole. Come on #crossroadshyundai you can do better than this!

After getting the run around from Ghent Chevrolet in Greeley on a truck we were trying to buy and nothing but crickets from them for almost a week...within 2 days of first contacting Davidson-Gebhardt our brand new truck is sitting in our driveway. Kirk at Davidson-Gebhardt was a pleasure to work with. He communicated regularly with us throughout the process and after obtaining the truck we wanted from another dealer, Kirk set up an appointment for us to come in and finalize the deal. We arrived at 4:30 pm on Tuesday, April 21st and were driving off the lot with our new truck just after 6 pm. That's what I call service. We are well qualified buyers and this is the service we expected, not what we got at that other dealer! But whether you are well qualified or not, everyone deserves good professional service. Do yourself a favor, if you need a new vehicle reach out to Kirk and all the other wonderful people at Davidson-Gebhardt Chevrolet. Thanks Davidson-Gebhardt Chevrolet for giving us a more satisfying truck buying experience instead of the nightmare we endured at that other dealership. I sure hope the powers that be at GM read this review and the one I placed on that other dealers Yelp page.

And, when it was clear that I was... They started going through how the price they advertised on the internet was already such a huge loss for them (then why advertise to everyone a price like that?) and how this crazy price they had agreed to do was such a "shock" for another manager (maybe that one doesn't have internet access? Not sure). But, this "shocked" manager was willing to add $500 more off of the price to close it anyway. I mean if $X/month is no issue for me, why is it such an issue on their side? I guess I was hoping for a more refined experience being a BMW dealership but it was the same old playbook. Needless to say we never came to an agreement. But, the way the salesperson left it felt like they wanted to sever the business relationship and that's my biggest complaint. Like if you can't do the price say something professional, and keep the relationship open for future business. That's how you do business (or at least that's how I think a business should do things).

The salesperson that was serving me attempted to come off as a no-pressure guy that doesn't play games, but his thin veneer quickly wore threw when I started to challenge him a little bit. His first move was to take us into his office rather than show us a car similar to what we wanted to buy and offer us a test drive. This seemed ass-backwards to every other experience I have had. When I challenged him about some of the things he was saying, his response was to gaslight me, and claim the problem was my negative energy. We walked out. I am pretty sure I will buy a BMW, but it certainly won't be from BMW of Loveland.

I can see that there are an overwhelming amount of negative reviews for this location. What I can…read moresay is since all of these reviews, they mush have had a management change or process change. The savvy consumer always does their research online before coming into the dealership. Thus the reason why you are here reading through the reviews. I reached out the the sale manager Nick for my sister who lives right down the street for the store. (I live in Southern California and have been through this process more than a few times) We worked out the details online and then my sister randomly decided to pop in one day without letting either of us know. I'm not sure they sales person's name, but from my understanding, he was very polite, professional and knew a lot about the cars. They ended up walking away with a lower payment with similar down payment than we worked out online. Talk about top notch. Now to address the "High Pressure" idea. Here is a fun fact for every person reading my review. - When people are shopping for vehicles, the average consumer visits 1.6 dealerships before making a purchase. - With that being said, of course they are going to ask you to buy the car the first time you come into the store. You have already seen the car online. You have already narrowed your search down to 1-3 cars you are looking at and finally, you are walking in to make the final decision on what you are going to move forward with. If you don't end up buying then, you will end up buying a car from the very next dealership you visit (Based off of statistics) Expect to be asked to buy the car right now. It's the same way at pretty much every dealership you visit. I had a great experience with Nick and my sister with both Nick and the Sales Person she worked with. I will try and update when my sister shares with me the information of the deal she got and the name of the person she worked with!
