I dealt mostly with Donna, who was very accommodating and helpful in a stressful time when she seemed to be the only person working. She managed to keep breakfast stocked (a typical eggs and sausage affair) as well as manage the desk. My room was nice and left little room for complaint. On that note, the internet was very slow at times but overall that was not an issue.

The woman came into clean as they were leaving and my parents tried to inform her that the AC stopped in the middle of the night and were met with a grunty response.
