Here is what you will like about her: She is intelligent and articulate. She listens to you and explains your condition and options well. Eye contact and listening are two things you will notice. She is open to taking the time to answer your questions and discuss therapy options. Her depth of care for her patients shows. She has an excellent network of other doctors and physical therapists that she works with and is well know and well regarded in the Inland Northwest. Her staff is attentive and kind. Ectremely competent, and caring, She has done a coupole of biopsies of my scalp 0 most recently found carcinoma in situ and I had a Mohs Procedure VERY skillfully done by Dr. Baird. Can't say enough good things about him. Mara has removed DOZENS of suspicious lesions from my scalp (I am bald) by freezing with nitrogen. Very professional and reassuring. After that, I received a letter signed by Dr. Dibble there that I was banned from the Spine Team and my care would be reverted back to the VA. Then I tried threads and they snapped within hours and left a pea sized bump on each side of my forehead for over six months.Angela said it was my body. The threads left a giant scar on my face, people ask if it was from chicken pox. They are required to fix their mistakes but instead Angela charged me more! Eventually I tried another med spa and both my filler and Botox worked great and lasted a long time. I have now been to three different med spas who know Renew because they are constantly fixing their mistakes. I look in the mirror at the damage they did and cry. I only wanted to improve my self esteem and it ended up costing me permanent damage. Lastly, I remember telling Angela about my love for animals and she told me how her husband recently killed a poor baby deer instead of taking it to a rehab. I look fine to start with but after the procedure, I look like a monster, I asked them to fix it many times. The filler underneath my eyes and cheeks are still there, and it has deformed my lip. I asked him to remove my fillers and they keep on switching days to this point. I have not gotten a call from them to remove the rest of it. The Botox made me look scary. Do yourself a favor and do not get any of these done here.

I spent over $1000 with her and I am very unhappy with the end result. Kailey originally agreed to fix my lips, but when she saw that, I left her an honest review online she refused. I actually took down the within 24 hours. I wanted to give her some grace because we all have bad days. She has done work for me in the past and it was good. She could not have been more arrogant and dismissive about my concerns. I feel the need to stand up for myself and to warn others. Please find someone else. Good luck!
