I've been told that they will set up the room however you'd like it. When I was there, they had out three very long tables and I think there were about 50 of us. They have a few parking spaces but I was able to park in the alley to the right of the building. Not sure if that's allowed. I will DEFINITELY be planning my next big event here! What a fun place!

Renting the space for the rehearsal dinner was easy and the owners were super helpful and accommodating. Their contract is very clear and their prices are very, very reasonable! We had 50 people total for the event and when we arrived the night of the party, they had the space set up for us with their dining tables and lovely chairs arranged as well as a serving station and bar area. Their furniture is what makes this place so incredible really-they have absolutely beautiful mismatched furniture, vintage and rustic looking. This is the type of space that you see all over Pinterest. I recommend this place to everyone who is looking for a small event venue for a wedding or birthday party.
