Tea service for ONE person at favorite my Tea Room.
    Arlene P.

For a strip mall Tea Room it was okay. The pastries were delicious, but the value was poor. Its servings are sparse for $40. per person. The tea is also delicious but is not served on a warmer so it gets cool quickly in the small glass pots. I did question the tea service as I have been to many tea rooms and was shocked at how small the servings were for the cost. One of the owners came to my table to address my questions and when I compared the difference in service to a prominent Tea Room in Hendersonville, she immediately insulted them by stating their food all came from Cosco. Bad form! The ladies waiting the tables were very nice and hospitable. If you have never been to a Tea Room do not start with this one. It is not the best representative of a luxurious afternoon tea.

I mean look at this spread!

I actually topped the ball slightly a quick trip to the front side of the green a few bounces 1 - 2 - 3 in the hole. This would be a memorable course without the above mentioned. The course provides everything you want in a mountain course plenty of elevation changes of course a very scenic back scape and a lots of challenges. You would be well advised to manage the course don't let the wide open feeling fool you there are some tight fairways that are very deceiving so pick your shots carefully and enjoy a great venue. The staff is extremely friending and outgoing, The pro shop is adequate and the cocktails are poured generously in the club house. You know I will be back and I can assure you this experience won't disappoint you.

A few holes have blind tee shots with severely sloped fairways that you would have had to of played it before in order to have a chance. It was in fair condition for mid June but the grass in some green side areas was so long that you could lose your ball. Playing it out if you found it was nearly impossible. I wouldn't play it again for 50% of what I paid.

I have been here many times-mostly for pop up craft/art shows, once for a 20's themed birthday party and most importantly, for my own wedding rehearsal dinner. Renting the space for the rehearsal dinner was easy and the owners were super helpful and accommodating. Their contract is very clear and their prices are very, very reasonable! We had 50 people total for the event and when we arrived the night of the party, they had the space set up for us with their dining tables and lovely chairs arranged as well as a serving station and bar area. Their furniture is what makes this place so incredible really-they have absolutely beautiful mismatched furniture, vintage and rustic looking. This is the type of space that you see all over Pinterest. I recommend this place to everyone who is looking for a small event venue for a wedding or birthday party. I wish I had better photos to add to Yelp because it really is an absolutely gorgeous space!

I was told that renting it out on a weekday is super reasonable- only $65 an hour. You can't beat that! I love hosting large parties at my home, but I can never fit the amount of guests that I want in my tiny little home. Anyway, the venue was set up in a beautiful way- full of antique and vintage furniture items. They have restrooms, but I'm not sure if they have a kitchen. I've been told that they will set up the room however you'd like it. When I was there, they had out three very long tables and I think there were about 50 of us. They have a few parking spaces but I was able to park in the alley to the right of the building. Not sure if that's allowed. I will DEFINITELY be planning my next big event here! What a fun place!

I tried to go back this year, and am so appalled by the customer service (or lack thereof) that I will now give it 0 stars, so settled for two since I can't do two and a half. Yes, the food and ambiance were wonderful in 2025. I tried to book another afternoon tea party and called a month and a half in advance. This was to celebrate multiple birthdays with a group of busy moms so wanted to get it on the calendar. No one called me back despite the voicemail saying that we would hear back "promptly." I left two more messages in a span of two, three weeks and still nothing. I even emailed, no response. Finally, a friend stopped by in person and was told that the cafe would be short staffed the weekend we wanted the reservation for so the manager needs to see if there are enough people working before confirming. Okay....but why wouldn't you call back to tell me that? Our requested reservation is tomorrow and I still have not heard back from anyone. This is abysmal customer service. As mentioned, food was good but not good enough to treat potential customers like this. Hard pass from now on and will not go back or recommend. *Editing to respond to Victoria -- those were the dates I called and left voicemails. Perhaps there was a phone issue on your end, but I did not even get a missed call. My friend who stopped by in person spoke to a manager. She had to go by twice due to the manager not being available the first time. I also did not get an email response.

Not only was the decor and aesthetic inviting and so detailed but the food was delicious and the service amazing (Jade). We went all out with cauliflower bisque, two different teas and scones (The Hobbit and The Highlander teas), a blueberry cobbler cheesecake and a limoncello. Every part of the meal was delicious. We absolutely will be back and can't wait to try the other teas. We also were able to take the leftovers for our tea pots and this makes me so excited! So many great bookish references -- it made my nerd heart happy
