We started with a consultation to talk about wedding plans, my likes/dislikes of dresses, and set a foundation for the appointment. I was then able to select the initial collection dresses with the help of one of my party members. I enjoyed this process since it allowed me to start with dresses that had immediately caught my eye. Once we started trying on, Kynda was very helpful with evaluating how the dress felt and would offer suggestions of other dresses based on my response. We had an Extraordinary time, and got to meet famous wedding dress designer, Randi Fenoli! My daughter, Crystal, said YES to the Dress when she tried on one of Randi's newest creations! I was able to bring my mom and my aunt, who are both like sisters to me, and I have thought about having this experience with them so many times. The owner is so passionate about her business, and it was the perfect touch that I needed to aid me in this stressful process! I loved that we got to walk around and pick out our own selection of dresses, but this being my first time, I had no idea what I even like myself in! If I could give zero stars, I would. Brides, please save yourself the stress and go anywhere else. At first, my initial appointment was fine, but everything that followed was an absolute nightmare. The owner, Kendra, has the worst attitude and the most unprofessional customer service I've ever experienced. She is rude, aggressive, and completely dismissive of her customers. After ordering my dress, I was told it would arrive between August 22nd and September 1st, so I scheduled a fitting and alteration appointment. I brought my mother, who drove two hours to be there -- only to find out my dress wasn't even there. The poor alterations specialist (who is independent, not staff) was blindsided and scrambling, while Kendra yelled over the phone, cursing, blaming others, and snapping at me for simply answering her questions. She made it clear that my inconvenience was nothing compared to hers since it was her "day off." Even worse -- my wedding was a month away, and I learned that my dress hadn't even shipped yet. By the time it finally arrived (September 21st), I was rushed out the door and told to contact the alterations lady myself. The next morning I find out she had already moved hours away, and Crown Bridal had failed to contact her when my dress came in. Now, I'm left just two weeks before my wedding with no alterations lined up. Planning a wedding is stressful enough, and instead of support, I got hostility, disorganization, and zero accountability. Crown Bridal does not care about their brides, their timelines, or their experience. She took so much time and care to listen to all of things I loved and didn't, brought accessories to try to envision more fully, followed up on my more detailed questions right away, and made sure we had the experience we wanted. She was so lovely and made it feel like she cared about me and my party, and not the sale as I felt with other shops. The experience at Crown bridal was wonderful. I got my wedding dress & veil here a month ago and I am so happy with my experience! Krista was amazing and so helpful, the dress selection was insane! So many to choose from I could've spent hours and hours just trying on dresses. Only thing I would say is it's hard to get ahold of them if you aren't already there for an appointment. I had to pick up my veil later on and was told just to come in without making an appointment- went twice and they were closed (when their hours said open) and I tried calling a bunch of times and never got an answer. We had a great experience with Crown Bridal. Their facility was beautifully laid out with mirrors, natural lighting, comfortable decor and most of all, their bridal dresses. We were greeted and they allowed us to browse through the dresses. When it was our appointment turn, our bridal planner gave us nothing but her attention. She listened to my daughters ideas of the type of wedding dress she was looking for. From there she and my daughter and her sister picked out dresses to try on. The bridal planner who listened to my daughters request knew what dresses to pull and set inside the dressing room. Within that 2 hour appointment we had plenty of time with champagne in hand to find her a dress. There were plenty of dresses within our budget. 2hr later she said YES TO THE DRESS!! I walked into this beautiful boutique, with an open mind, and like 5 pictures of a few dresses I liked from looking online. It was the first and actually only store I even made an appointment at knowing I needed to start somewhere with the date set for only 9 months from now! You should book your appointment here too because Kynda was wholeheartedly celebrating me in every dress (perfecting my modification requests) along side my mom and sister. I feel effortlessly she let me take all the time (3 hours) I needed, making sure I was comfortable in the process of changing gowns (bra isn't necessary but panties are), and confident in my choice (fun fact: the dress that looked best on my body doesn't look like any of my 5 pictures I walked in the door with)! Had a group bridesmaid appointment and felt rushed the whole time. The dresses were disorganized and not labeled correctly, which made it difficult to find styles and sizes. Some had prices listed, and others did not. Be prepared for a lack of space as we had three people to one changing room. The owner comes off as someone who does not have a filter, which I suppose some could see as charming depending on the nature of thoughts that pass unchecked from her brain to her mouth. She made several comments about my body that made me feel very uncomfortable and self-conscious. As someone who is in the business that deals typically emotional women, she displayed no self-awareness or empathy. Perhaps this was due to her prioritizing getting us out before a higher paying bridal party could arrive rather than paying attention to the people in front of her. Whatever the reason, it came across as rude and unprofessional. The other staff were pleasant, and the bride I was with had a good time picking out her dress at a separate appointment. The shop was well kept and had beautiful selection of bridal gowns. I'm sure many people will happily find the right dress here. However, if you struggle with any sort of body dysmorphia or disordered relationship with your body, steer clear of Kynda. read more

It started off with a good experience when the bride my sister (maid of honor) and I went to purchase our bridesmaids dresses in March which we have on paper. The gal who helped us was nice however we did notice the owner who helped checked us out was not very nice to her employee, but we bought our dresses and left with being told they would be ready in May. This was perfect as the wedding is in August which gives us plenty of time to find a place for alterations and other things. May comes along with no word from the shop. We call and they say they are not ready yet, but should be ready soon. We call back a couple weeks later it is now June and are told a whole different story that they will not be ready yet. It is now July and this is the 3rd or 4th time WE have reached out. Mind you they never once called us for an update or to let us know of any delays all communication is strictly through us calling them when they are actually open because they are doing renovations. So they say July 12th and we are already framing out because it's cutting it close to the wedding. Not only that my sister spoke with the owner who was unbelievably unprofessional. Would not own up to anything, my sister was polite, but the owner was still acting almost childish and trying to blame us and say that we weren't being honest about the communication that we were told something else. It was very disappointing to hear the owner speak on such a manner to take it out on the customer and try saying they were untruthful. We were also disappointed because we saw the reviews and it seemed like everyone else had a great experience so we didn't understand why ours was so terrible. They tried saying the dresses would finally be ready JULY 28th!!!! Just days before the wedding which we told them no that cannot be we were told a different date and finally received them mid July. No one was ever on the same page. On top of that one of the last times the bride finally called and the employee thought she put the phone on hold and overheard the owner/employee talking down on my sister who was the main one in contact. She received no apology from the store or owner. When we wrote our first reviews the owner still was trying to point fingers at us in her response!! When all we did was wait and wait and wait and reach out and never were rude. This store has nice employees, but the owner is very unprofessional and honesty disrespectful I do not understand how she has a business or employees. No one knew what was going on. Oh and when we received the dresses they obviously were just pulled from a box and were wrinkly. I would NEVER RECOMMEND this place to anyone. I have already been warning people. Let me start by saying this 5 star review is about the customer service (specifically the owner Kynda). I called during a weekday morning to ask if the store carries bridesmaids gowns that are available "off the rack" or available ASAP. I was in bind with David's bridal having ordered me the wrong dress and not able to get me a replacement in time. Kynda asked me to stop by after work so she could help me out. She was the first person to take the time to take all my measurements (rather than just assume I wear same size dress in every style and material), and understand why I had been having such a hard time finding a dress in the particular material my bride wanted (I measure lost three different dress sizes in three different body areas). Kynda went above and beyond searching in store and online stock to see what she might be able to make work for my situation and body. Unfortunately, my situation was a very tight time crunch, leaving options limited (understandable), so Kynda even helped give me some pointers for how I might seek something out online on Amazon prime as a last resort. Even though I didn't purchase anything at this boutique, the kindness and above and beyond work ethic of the owner would have me returning any time I need a bridesmaids dress in future (which lets be honest after this mess I hope Is never jk). But I would definitely reccomend Kynda and her store to any bride that wants the utmost attention and care. Also, the gowns here are beautiful. read more

There was no pressure at all to buy anything thing that I wasn't 100% in love with. We ended up with a gorgeous ball gown with a sash and fun sparkly veil that tied everything together. It was so fun knowing that she only had my best interest at heart. I knew I could try on dresses even if it was just for fun. I got bridesmaid gifts as well as earrings for myself.
