My sales associate helped me find the right rack to choose from, and held the dresses up for me so I could see how they would fit once altered. I was able to pay half up front and half when the dress arrived, which Is a very thoughtful business practice that worked out super well for me. I wound up moving out of state after ordering the dress, so I gave them a call to see if they would be able to ship it to me. I paid the second half of the cost over the phone and the day they got it in store they put it back in the mail and immediately shipped it to me. I am grateful for their flexibility and thoughtful practices, + the interior of the shop is very beautiful and well kept. (I picked the strapless one ;)

Brenda was warm, professional, and most importantly, patient, given the changing situation with my dress (purchased at a sample sale). Ultimately, I did not end up working with Brenda for dress alterations due to my short timeline and desire for a different dress alltogethe, however, she did custom design my veil! It turned out better than I could have imagined. The whole experience was awesome. She's just brilliant, and will take your vision, and make it even better. I will tell you it's not a rigid cookie cutter type of experience. She's an artist, so expect it to be creative, fluid, and dynamic - ie be flexible on appointment times, design plan etc, and trust that you'll end up with something amazing and truly one of a kind. During my last fitting, we got to talking, and she mentioned she also does home design/remodels. So when my husband and I bought our home a few months after our wedding, I contacted Sonia again. She's helped us tremendously throughout our project (finding contractors, negotiating bids, design, sourcing materials, etc), and aside from her talent, has also saved us a considerable amount of money, which has paid for her time over ten-fold.
