Easy Transactions, from this dealership being in-house financing made it quick to get a car to help me with the path I was aiming for. I am writing to share my experience with a recent car purchase from your dealership. While I appreciate the assistance provided in finding an insurer to get the car off the lot, I must express my concerns regarding the vehicle's condition. Unfortunately, six months into owning the car, I began encountering numerous mechanical issues. These included problems with the spark plugs, ignition coil packs, oil leaks from the pan, and a coolant leak from the expansion tank. Additionally, the fuel rail lines leading to the fuel pump experienced low pressure, causing further complications. In an attempt to address these issues, I replaced the spark plugs, coil packs, oil pan, and coolant tank, ensuring that all replacements met the manufacturer's specifications. Despite these efforts, I now find myself in need of an engine overhaul just ten months into ownership, which is quite disheartening. Outside great, inside terrible and that was not the guarantee on the contract. Constant inside mechanical failures. Constant money that could have been used on a New Car. This was specific model I was looking for minus the wheels and all weather floor mats that were promised and never given just like the broken contract with the mechanical issues. Not a year with the car and this is the 5th time in the shop, took them long enough to install an after market not even OEM factory alarm due to this car lot being a Scam. I strongly advise prospective buyers to obtain a CARFAX report or use Cargurus before purchasing a vehicle from this location. Please note that this dealership operates multiple used car locations in surrounding cities, so it is crucial to exercise caution as they will continually skimp you dollars or a couple dimes and cents at a time. Their stock sucks and they don't take care of their vehicles. The car I saw, Honda CR-V, was dirty, the seats were gross, the rear door wouldn't open and the brake lights were out. These guys are liars. Trust is in issue here. They will lie about condition of the car so that you buy it. They will ignore the terms of the contract and apply resistance if you bring it up. They will suggest that the things they do are "courtesies" provided by the dealership when in fact they are obligated by law and their own contracts to do so. * FYI, the dealership's offer to "unwind the deal" to avoid further issues comes a little too late after having to deal with such dishonesty on multiple occasions. read more

Ed is really nice and works wIth you on buying a car. I told him my price and and he worked with it. Not exactly to what I said I could pay he did go a little over but I thought I could manage it. The car was nice the trunk stopped opening after a couples of months so that was a bit inconvient since I rarely use the trunk and I can't now. The staff is ok. Frankie is pretty rude. He talks as if we are incapable and he is just money hungry. He doesn't care or have empathy for anyone's situation or understanding. Their system can use a bit of updating. The only way to pay is with there website through online check or you card paying over the phone but it charges you. Their is no way to see your balance/account online or anything. I had a couple of checks bounce which was due to mistakes on my bank end but I was not notified if it and when they made me aware of it by that time my accouunt was already past and they were the threatening to take the car if I didn't pay in two days. They constantly text but when you text back no response is given. Would still recommend due to Ed being great. read more

Drove in with the family and the price had inflated to $10291.00 due to registration late penalties that were never disclosed. The sales girl and the manager play a back and forth game with the buyer, where the manager hides behind a one way mirror and texts instructions to the sales girl. Place is a dump, manager is a shyster. Steer clear of this place. The epitome of a used car sales game. In reply to Ray's comment below... I have all the texts, the emails, the CARFAX, the dmv registration report with itemized charges and the paper that your sales rep showed me with the first final price. I can post all that here and let others decide. I also have an image of the one way mirror that you hid behind, while you were texting her instructions. Your final price on the car included two years ($304.00) of dmv registration penalties from the previous owner and you never bothered to disclose that. If I had not checked the dmv registration calculator, I would have never known. The reason I was upset, was because you wasted my time. read more

had my car since December. they took forever to send me my contract via email. it is now may and I am just now receiving it. every month since I've had my cat they have been harassing me and my boyfriend for payments that have already been made. they are unprofessional. they do not check the information before calling you to abreast you about a payment. two months straight they called me about not receiving a payment before checking in their system to see that I had already paid it. Had to keep taking it back to the mechanic over and over. Even died out on the freeway which was pretty dangerous. Such a stressful debacle. Don't purchase a car from them. Several years ago, I purchased a Volkswagen Jetta from them as an early graduation gift for my daughter. The day after purchasing it at the beginning of March, there was an issue with the cooling fan and the trunk wouldn't open. Two days later, the check engine light came on; they gave me the run around about not being able to get the part in until about 10 days later. Near the end of April, the car's engine caught fire while my teenage daughter was driving. Luckily, she'd just pulled up back at home when my brother noticed smoke and then flames coming from under the hood. The car was totaled of course and my insurance paid off what was owed but they could've done a better job at making sure the car was safe when performing repairs. Unfortunately I could not take them to court for selling me a 'lemon' due to the year of the car and the total mileage. Update: The cars engine was burned so badly so insurance company was not able to determine the root cause. In small claims court, the same was the case and ruling was in favor of seller; Lemon law didn't apply due to Year (2004) and mileage of the vehicle - I checked with a lawyer and was told my only option was small claims court. All in all, I did everything that I was supposed to by returning the car as soon as issues (cooling fan, trunk wouldn't open, check engine light on) were identified just 1 day after car was purchased. I thought I was making a good decision as my only intent was to purchase a safe and reliable car for my daughter. Although no fault to seller was found, I still have a hard time understanding how a cars engine just catches fire. read more
