Today, I stopped by to purchase a small 6x6 inch of protective film I needed. After saying he needed to "ask the owner", he came back and said it would be $25. While I was happy to pay something, we're talking about what is literally a piece of leftover scrap PPF film. I had $10 but was so offended, I just left and ordered it on Amazon for $9. Sucks when you try to support local businesses since I live just a couple blocks away but you're met with this type of sales attitude.

Drop off was super easy- left my car around 9am and was able to pick it up at 1pm. I had just been camping and so I knew I had a decent amount of sediment inside. On the inside, you can purchase car cleaning supplies which was really cool. After the detail, my car looked nearly new! There was a lot of discoloration from my repeated sunblock use and they were able to remove it all. I requested the CPR detail package, which was $180, and it was so worth it! The interior and exterior were well taken care of and I was given a 40 minute heads-up call for when the car would be done. This gave me plenty of time to head over since I live out of town. Luke at StreamDrive was able to accommodate my current situation and offered to swing by and see the condition of my car in-person and provide the quote. By default, that's 5-stars "above and beyond" service. I want to recommend his business to people for life! My Honda C-RV needed prep for resale. StreamDrive really went in and did some disinfecting, were able to remove lingering odors, got the leather restored, restored the headlights, and even performed a trim restore so this 2013 car looks really fresh! I wasn't expecting to write a review for this auto detailing service, so I don't have any "before" photos. I'm sorry about that, it's not an ideal situation for a glowing restoration review. I'm not so comfortable sharing pictures of my personal vehicle in the first place, you know what I mean? My pics just look like a super clean car. You can't tell it was ever damaged! $400 all-in inside-and-out restoration, under the hood, even buffing out some minor scuffs and scrapes it looks like, as well as painting/restoring the sun-faded plastic panels all around the vehicle: that's a value. No gap left untouched, unlike a drive-thru detailing service. I'm getting return on investment and then some because I'm now able to sell at top dollar private party fair market value.

When the technician arrived, we walked the car together and I was given an agreed upon price. After the wash was completed, I was then told the car wasn't properly evaluated and the price would be higher because it "took longer than expected" - not due to anything unforeseen. I don't think that's acceptable. Pricing should be clear and agreed upon before any work begins -- not adjusted once the job is already complete. In this situation, it was never communicated that the price may be adjusted. It puts the customer in a difficult position and takes away from an otherwise positive experience. Again, the end result was great, which is why I'm not rating lower. But the pricing process needs to be more upfront and transparent. I'd recommend double confirming a firm price before they start to avoid any surprises.

I truly filled out a form, sent one text back and forth, and they arrived on time, handling my car cleaning in my own driveway, while I was inside doing work. two hours later, I tapped to pay and my car is IMPECCABLY clean. They quickly responded, asking me why I wanted to tint etc, once I explained why, they emailed me a detailed quote and broke down doing the roof separate from the windows. I visited the shop this morning to see what I thought and what tint value I wanted. This place is super clean with a Q-U-A-L-I-T-Y waiting area with soda and chips. The people who work there are super friendly and knowledgable about what they are doing with tint. I had them to the sunroof glass panels only with the mid grade ceramic and not that dark either. The result is amazing how much heat is coming off the glass into the cars interior, it's like night and day. So, I would highly recommend this business to anyone and everyone. I am not easy to please when it comes to work like this.

Before entering the wash, another attendant helped ensure our car was in the correct position and we had our car on neutral. The entire car washing process was like 2 minutes. We then drove to the vacuum area. Our car was really dirty when it went in the wash. Car came out clean, but there were spots that were dirty. They were selling microfiber clothes for $1 each. Had to use our own cleaning spray to spot clean the car. We were able to vacuum the car in peace and took our time doing so. Liked that there were empty trash cans in each vacuum space. We used their restroom and it was super clean. Make sure to ask for the restroom code first. Overall, the whole experience was pleasant. Felt pricing was a little high. Might be worth it to get their monthly subscription.

**Dishonest and Unethical - Avoid at All Costs** My recent encounter with this dealership was nothing short of a nightmare. It was the kind of car-buying experience I wouldn't wish upon anyone. From the very beginning, there was a complete lack of transparency. The actual price of the car and the financing terms felt like shifting sands, with hidden fees suddenly popping up at every turn. Their blatant bait-and-switch tactics made matters worse. The vehicle I was interested in seemed perfect online, but every time I asked for an out-the-door price, they claimed there was no room for negotiation and insisted that the online price was final. They also refused to give out any pricing details over the phone, demanding that I visit the dealership in person to "discuss numbers." I should also mention that the supposed loan approval I received wasn't for a loan at all--it was a lease with a balloon payment at the end, basically renting the car for three years with an option to buy later. For financially savvy customers, it's clear this dealership would rather you stay far away. They know we can smell their deception from a mile away, and they're not equipped to handle anyone who understands financing and terms. The salespeople were clueless, offering vague responses and outright avoiding my questions. If you're financially educated and value money, steer clear of this place. I had been without a car for a year and it was beginning to really get to me. So I decided to just doing a little research and see what my options will be once I am ready to purchase another vehicle. I came accross Crown City Motors and was interested in what they had to say and the cars that they had on their lot. So I said why not let me see what I can do here. To my surprise I received a call from Erick to verify a few more details, he ran my credit and said he would contact me with the results. I got a call and he said I have been approved to come on in. I was shocked and honestly not quite prepared. I was honest with Eric and let him know my situation and he understood and we kept in contact until I was ready. I finally was able to come in and look at the lot and cars. Larry is the one that assisted me when I finally came in due to Erick not working on the day I came in. Larry was very helpful and actually was the only on in the office, he stayed until 10pm on a Friday just to get me in my car. Let me start by saying I do not like shopping for cars but I have to say that my experience was pleasant and I am happy. Justin was very good , no pressure answered all my questions, provided me with a car fax report on every vehicle I was interested in. I found these guys on cars.com got a great car for a good price both me and my mechanic were shocked at the condition of the car , most of the cars I had looked it very rough shape, dirty and not enough information to make a decision . I am not saying that you should rely on the dealers specially used car dealer for your fact finding but these guys are very good as a matter of fact this was the only used car dealer that provided me with the inspection report , all the previous repairs they had performed which made me feel comfortable . The only bad part of my purchase was it took a lot longer to finish up than I expected .They happen to be extremely busy when I was there and Justin was working with multiple others my suggestion to management is hire more staff over all good experience I would definitely recommend them. read more

Ray the owner head man in charge was Awesome. He looked at my budget and told me I want to set up up to succeed not fail... Talking about caring about people! Thank you Ray for all the cars you showed me, ultimately I walked out with a cute Volkswagen Jetta. Eric was so patient he went on all the test drives, and did tons of paper work Eric was great! DO NOT BUY HERE! GO SOMEWHERE THAT LIKES THEIR CUSTOMERS! Horrible customer service and account management. "Ray" the manager is NEVER available for phone calls at any time throughout the day and demeans customers. In addition to him being the rudest person to deal with he has no compassion or desire to actually get accounts paid off. It seemed as though he intentionally delayed any notification being sent to me and now I am in contact with a lawyer regarding the gross mismanagement of my account while a customer here. I was told I would receive a notification from them in 2 days and 13 days later I was given verbal instruct on my account after my costs went up by an additional $500.00! Oh and still NO NOTIFICATION! Basically, this is not a professional well-managed establishment that deserves anyone's hard earned dollars! read more

I recently was looking for a car that was sturdy and safe as I am a driver for kindergarten and 3rd grade students. So when I went to Crown City on the only day I had to find a vehicle, I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to my cause. I also did not want a car payment. I had an amount from insurance and that had to include any additional fees etc. Jack and Ed were amazing. They spent several hours with me until we found the perfect car. I did not have to stress out about anything. At the end of the day I was in my car and all costs were within my budget. I can't praise these two men for the care and concern given to me. I had a nice experience here about a month ago. I worked with Erick who was very honest and helpful throughout the entire process. He went the further extent to stay a little late to get me a car and for a good price. He didn't wanna let me down because I was driving this bucket and planned on leaving there dealer without it. He came through for me. Customer service was definitely acknowledged, their was two other gentleman there when I arrived and they both greeted me politely. Would highly recommend for anyone having trouble getting a vehicle due to bad credit or anything like that. They have a nice inventory of vehicles as well. Keep up the good work! read more

I'd like to thank Michael for helping me find my car when someone stole it for its radio. These guys are good dealers I bought a car for a good price it was super low mileage for the year. Justin doesn't bullshit you he is straight forward. The car I bought was the best I've had and If you know a thing or two about cars you can keep them running for a long time. Ed and Ray are the best! They have a great selection of used cars at reasonable prices. They could not have been more friendly and professional. They were able to work with our credit and weren't the typical vultures you encounter at other car lots. They even let me take the car to my mechanic to have it checked out before I purchased it. I was a first time buyer with hardly any credit and I had tried to go to a couple of other dealers for help and they completely blew me off. I bought my car from here almost three years ago. As a single mom, I have fallen behind on my payments not because I wanted but because that's just the way life goes sometimes. This place really does work with whatever kind of credit or no credit that you have. They get you the best deals and really work with you so you can be happy with your purchase. Before this I had been to about 10 other dealerships and none of them allowed me to finance a car without a cosigner. Until I found Crown City Motors they really made it possible for me. I was so impressed by the customer service provided by Justin and his team when I came in having no idea what type of car I wanted, or even if I could qualify for anything due to my credit rating. Justin was able to get me qualified for a great little Honda and was so easy to work with and he spent hours with me discounting the price to the amount that I qualified for. I just had the absolute WORST experience dealing with RAY. He not only was very rude, but disrespectful as well. He used profanity and was very childish. I am a first time car buyer and i have lots of questions. He made me feel bad and I will not recommend doing business with him. I have dealt with Justin in the pass who is firm in his job BUT not rude or childish. If it were not for him, I would completely disapprove anyone to do business with Crown City Motors. read more
