Fantastic. We will never get a car another way. Leland found us the exact car we wanted -- 2025 Toyota Camry hybrid -- and it was delivered to our home by a Toyota representative. Imagine your sitting in your car thinking I don't like this anymore. You look up in your phone the broker who helped you get the car your sitting in now and find he owns his own company now. These guys at MK Auto are definitely the best and they are so knowledgeable! To finding a car w/ the certain specs or to the specific color you'd want, they would find it .. AND they would find it QUICK! Michael was very helpful through the whole process. He can answer pretty much any questions you throw at him (and I had a lot of questions). Michael makes the auto buying experience incredibly stress-free. He is knowledgeable, and trustworthy and walks you through the complete process. He answered all my questions and follows up very quickly. I worked with him to purchase my current family suv. He also helped my sister, cousin and friends and they absolutely loved him! Sabina did a wonderful job at helping me sell my 2021 Porsche GT4. I did about 28,000 miles in a year and needed a more efficient daily driver. Sabina was able to list and sell my vehicle in a week. Not only that it was sold for OVER MSRP. Incredible. I did not expect to drive this type of vehicle for free over a year but Sabina made it happen. I'm speechless. To follow through with what you say you're going to do and then completely over deliver is not easy to accomplish. Michael did that and so much more. Michael helped me buy the Genesis GV-80. Last Saturday I went to the dealer in OC and they offered me their best price after multiple rounds of negotiation.I was seriously considering accepting the offer. But then I remembered hearing about Michael from a friend. I call Michael to get his assessment. He reviewed the offer and immediately noted red flags. Michael says to give him until Wednesday. By Monday he already had a price thousands less than the dealer's supposed best offer but he tells me not to bite yet. By Tuesday, he saves me another few thousand. The dealer was then prepared to deliver the car the next day but because of a conflict with my schedule, Michael arranged for delivery the following day. Incredible service unlike any I've ever experienced. I've already told my family about Michael and cannot imagine ever buying a car again without his help. Thanks so much again Michael! read more

I am not good with understanding these car deals and the numbers , and I have been taken advantage of in the past . It was nice to have some one explain and make sure the monthly payments were comfortable and I got my new dream car . I had already downloaded the enterprise app and had made reservations to pick up a car at 12pm. There was two staff members working that morning. One was on the phone with a customer who kindly greeted us when we arrived and other was with another family. The guy with the 1/4 sleeve ended up helping me with my pick up. Asked me to verify that I work for the corporation since I used the discount. Tried to utilize my mom's debit card to pay for the rental but unfortunately their policy is no debit cards are accepted for out of state residence which I thought was weird but I didnt fight it. I ended up using my credit card to pay for the rental and there was an additional $300 deposit on top of the reservation that gets refunded when you return the vehicle. Viewed the car, signed off on it and sent my mom off to do her errands. She calls me later telling me that the AC in the car was not working and tried to go back in to let them know because she didn't want to be liable if she returns it and they thought she broke it. My mom doesn't speak english but luckily my grandma did but they said they were unable to do anything for her. Mind you it is high 80 degrees this week so I was upset that my mom got a vehicle that does not have AC. A random number texts me the following day to ask me of my experience from enterprise and kindly it was the store manager. I expressed my frustration that my mom was given a vehicle that didn't have working AC. He kindly assisted me and apologized for her experience. He allowed my mom to go in and exchange her car without me being present which turned my experience around with Enterprise. Overall, I highly appreciate Evan's time for reaching out and helping my mom. He was very friendly and knowledgable. Made me worry less for my mom so I appreciate his assistance.

And to top it off, a busted sensor that wouldn't stop throwing a warning on the screen the entire time. When I called to get yet another car, they told me they had vehicles that just got moved from the storage lot and were being sent to the car wash. Cool. Showed up and none of that was true. They had to go "clean" one for me on the spot because the one they supposedly washed never made it back. I sat there for almost an hour waiting. At that point I just took it and left. Two dirty cars, a broken AC, a broken sensor, and a lot of talk with zero follow-through. Nobody inspects these cars before handing them out. This location needs to get it together.

Of course I could probably do it myself for a lot cheaper, but I hadn't had a chance to know my car well enough to take on this job. Since they were a block away from me, I thought I'd give them a try. It was my first time using Goudy and Daniel Tieu was the first service advisor who assisted me. Fortunately I remember reading a positive review about him somewhere on Yelp or Google reviews, so that was reassuring. The service was timely and Daniel said everything checked out okay on their multipoint inspection (brakes, battery, tires, etc.) and didn't try to sell me on any other service. We all know that the car repair industry has a bad reputation for upselling or insisting that something needs to be fixed now or else it's going to catastrophically fail the moment you leave the shop. My experience on my first visit was a positive one. While I might have paid a bit more compared to an indie shop, I know I got genuine Honda parts and their techs are well versed on Honda maintenance and I assume know what they're doing. (I know that's not always the case, as I've heard about bad dealer service experience). I should also note that they have a nice waiting area. Nothing fancy, as in no fancy coffees or pastries. Just a quiet area (at least when I was there) away from the sales floor. I could have walked home, but I decided to stick around and read a book I had with me. It wasn't long when I got a call that my car was ready.
