Bought a car from them in May 2021. They were very responsive, informative, and nice throughout the whole process. It's a very small team but you can tell they really care about the business and they are trying hard to keep the lot successful and their customers happy. The car I bought was in amazing condition, clean title, service/mechanic records, good miles, and I think it was the cheapest car they were selling at the time @ only 6k. So that goes to show the kind of service and quality you can expect from them on their other vehicles too. I would buy another car from them anytime but I don't think I'll have the opportunity as this one is going to last me a long, long time! (ALSO - they are a legitimate dealer/broker so they handled ALL of the DMV and state paperwork for me so I didn't even have to go there at all. Huge plus especially in LA during covid times..)

I was looking for a specific vehicle for quite awhile. I found the vehicle for sale at Auto City in Alhambra, CA. I contacted Irina about the vehicle and she gave me all the details over the phone and then sent some very specific information for me to review. I got a great feeling from dealing with her and placed a deposit on the vehicle over the phone. I flew into LAX and took a cab to the dealership and met with Irina and Danny. What great people. The car was exactly as advertised and after driving the vehicle I was sold. I completed the remaining paperwork and drove the car home that afternoon. Do not hesitate to do business here. Could not have met Danny at a better time. I needed to buy a new car quick. I was already stressed and anxious about dealing with the whole process. A friend of mine introduced me to Danny who did all the work after I gave him the specifics of what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend. Where do I start, this was the best and easiest transaction for a car I have ever had. Irina was awesome, she was always very responsive and kind. I came from an hour and half just to purchase this vehicle and she made things so easy. All the paperwork and pictures and video calls where all done before hand so I didn't have to make multiple trips. She always responded quickly. They took my trade in no problem. Her partner was very informative and friendly as well. Both are very honest and very friendly. Within 24 hours, he had a deal that was better than any offer I was able to find. It was completely painless experience. Great service. Irina was referred by a good friend of mine and she helped with finding a great deal on a lease. She worked directly with the dealership so I didn't have to spend my time negotiating. Nope, made out to be full week of non stop calls of back and forth. A friend recommended here to see if he can beat my quote. His quote was not only lower and was email along with msrp sticker to compare apples to apples for me by the next day. He also upcharged me the day of from what we had agreed upon originally from $1200 Flat rate and the day of he charged me $1620 because he ended up doing "more work than he thought." I paid him for the work and he never finished the job or fixed the damage he caused. At this point I'm left with a car that needs additional work because of the overspray and money that was taken without the job being properly completed. Based on my experience I would strongly recommend using extreme caution before hiring this company.

I made an appointment and went to the Woodland Hills location. The whole thing took about an hour. They did an inspection, posted my car on their portal, and ran an online auction for 10 minutes where we watched a TV screen as about 50 dealers looked at my car. I got about 12 offers I think (10 is average) and I accepted the highest one. You don't have to; you could walk away if you wanted. But that offer was considerably higher than if I had sold my car to the dealership as a trade in. Maybe not as high as a private sale would have been because they are a middle man, but WAY less hassle. An hour versus weeks of fielding emails or phone calls, letting people test drive it only to be ghosted ... no thank you. They wrote me a check right there and I left my car. I had a friend pick me up. It was SO easy. I will definitely do this option again next time. I wish I could remember the name of the woman who handled everything; she was great!! But I recently got a new-to-me Honda and wanted to get the CVT fluid changed since I don't know when it was last changed. I called Goudy for a price on this service, and it was quite reasonable. Of course I could probably do it myself for a lot cheaper, but I hadn't had a chance to know my car well enough to take on this job. Since they were a block away from me, I thought I'd give them a try. It was my first time using Goudy and Daniel Tieu was the first service advisor who assisted me. Fortunately I remember reading a positive review about him somewhere on Yelp or Google reviews, so that was reassuring. The service was timely and Daniel said everything checked out okay on their multipoint inspection (brakes, battery, tires, etc.) and didn't try to sell me on any other service. We all know that the car repair industry has a bad reputation for upselling or insisting that something needs to be fixed now or else it's going to catastrophically fail the moment you leave the shop. My experience on my first visit was a positive one. While I might have paid a bit more compared to an indie shop, I know I got genuine Honda parts and their techs are well versed on Honda maintenance and I assume know what they're doing. (I know that's not always the case, as I've heard about bad dealer service experience). I should also note that they have a nice waiting area. Nothing fancy, as in no fancy coffees or pastries. Just a quiet area (at least when I was there) away from the sales floor. I could have walked home, but I decided to stick around and read a book I had with me. It wasn't long when I got a call that my car was ready.

I am an older woman who has driven Accords for 40 years and they didn't have the decency to tell me that the battery was going to die. I bought a very nice Accord at Pasadena Honda and both the sales and financial office were great.

Overall it was a bust and repairing it wasn't worth it but I appreciated the honesty and thorough evaluation. The garage itself has access through the alley, street entrance is pretty busy. We communicated via text and phone but during drop off and pick up the main guy wasn't around. He shares the garage with someone else and that person helped us when the main guy wasn't there (sorry I can't remember his name). Was looking for a Mercedes s550.. couldnt find a deal anywhere.. i drove by this vacant lot... i notice it had only 2 cars.. and one was a black s550.. the other was like a camry... this looked like a shady place but to my surprise he was just wanting to get rid of the cars and bring in new inventory.. the guys name is daniel or something... he gave me the perfect price and was able to drive off the lot the next day.. thanks auto city! read more

What can I say about these guys. I got a helluva lease deal by going with them. Didn't believe it when my friend told me that AC can get a better deal than even the retail sales guys at the dealership but low and behold, they beat it saving me nearly $100 a month on my lease.
