Delicate shirts were hung on metal hangers, completely destroying the shape. Clothing's texture is all stiff and damaged. Pants were shrunk. AND they stuck these horrible glue-on barcodes on everything. Completely un-removable, right over the labels of designer clothes, including a $700 Veronica Beard blazer - destroying everything with their itchy glued on labels that I did not consent to being adhered to my clothing. A couple hours later, she called and informed me that they'd noticed that an inside panel at the back of the neck was also quite damaged. She wanted to make sure I was aware of this (I was) and assured me that they would do all they could to repair this as well because "I know how much this coat means to you." Next, I wanted to pay with a gift card, but apparently, credit card information is stored and saved on their computer and they just used that one without telling me. When I stated that it was the wrong form of payment, the employee just shrugged her shoulders and said it was already done and if I wanted, I could take it up with the manager tomorrow. Never again!
