When the auto text came in, they charged me $22 to clean the suit. I also noticed there was a bad iron mark on the sleeve which I didn't even talk about but would never wear the suit in public. The damage was so bad, I can't wear the suit. Just about the worse customer service I've ever had. Really bad dry cleaner.

A couple hours later, she called and informed me that they'd noticed that an inside panel at the back of the neck was also quite damaged. She wanted to make sure I was aware of this (I was) and assured me that they would do all they could to repair this as well because "I know how much this coat means to you." I didn't think this patch even could be repaired, which I why I hadn't mentioned it--to have it be noticed and addressed with such kindness means a lot to me. Professional, friendly, thorough, and kind. I'm looking forward to working with this business for a long time.

Why did the cleaners not put a tag or ticket on the trousers to indicate that a rip was found on the clothing? My suspicion is that my trousers were mishandled and switched out to another pair of pants. As a dissatisfied customer, I poorly recommend the facility's business of operation.

I had her alter a pants suit, among other items, that needed to be taken in quite a bit. She did ok on the pants (though I had asked her to try to fix a bit of bagginess in the seat and they are still a bit baggy there). But her work on the suit jacket is atrocious. There are three seams down the back and she apparently only took in one and so now the two sides of the jacket flare out like some weird peplum instead of laying flat. And I had her take in the waist of a pair of pants and she didn't tell me that they would be too wide in the leg without taking in the legs as well so they are also not wearable. And to boot, the pressing by the dry cleaning I used through her was disappointing as well. And I had already had her fix something else on the jacket that was unsuitable after the initial tailoring but now I do not trust her to fix the jacket and will be taking it elsewhere. I think the earlier proprietor was named Anna, but the current proprietor is Mo.

A friend of mine went there after having used this laundromat many times years ago. She washed and…read moreused 7 dryers. One of the dryers had an ERR message. She called the woman over and she literally punched the machine and it started working. It was set for permanent Press but somehow the dryer got so hot that it literally burned all the clothing to the dryer. See pictures. The woman and the owner were very rude and kept pointing at the sign which was not posted near the dryers. No offer of replacing the very very expensive Christmas gifts that her daughter (age 14) had just received. At the very least they should have offered monetary compensation for the items that were burnt. Very bad customer service.
