The empanada was probably the warmest item that we received it was ok as it had a decent flavor to it but it lacked a lot of chicken as it felt like it was mostly sauce which was definitely underwhelming at most. All of the employees we encountered were very friendly and busy working and cleaning and just seemed to be enjoying their shift which is definitely a plus as I know how it can get in a QSR environment. Even though this had nothing to do with the restaurant I do have to say that this random guy came in and was like arguing with the staff about using the restroom this is after he came over and took some paper towels from the employee's roll who was cleaning the windows kinda random but it was kinda amusing to watch them while we ate. Once we were seated we sat for over 15 minutes waiting to be served. We had to flag another server from a different section to find the person in charge of our area. After another 5 minutes our server came to us completely clueless. He took our order but never asked what sides or anything. He ran off only to come back to ask the necessary questions. We noticed on this day alot of servers had zero pep and a lot of them were just standing around while theit customers waited for their food. Once the food came we were happy with the meal but once again we never saw our server once the food was placed on the table. We waited over a half hour again and had to find a manager to get our check, the server never came back to even say sorry. This was probably the worst experience we have had in the 10yrs of coming to this location. We will be back but hope this was a one off and we will make sure our server Brandon will never serve us again.
