This place surprised me. The chicken was much better than I expected, and I really enjoyed the sauces. However, the biggest surprise was the seasoned French fries. I needed a quick lunch while attending a local conference, so I ordered the three-tender meal with Sweet Teriyaki and Saucy Sauce. The tenders took about five minutes to prepare, and I had to wait in a parking spot, but once they arrived, they were piping hot. The French fries were perfectly cooked--crispy on the outside and absolutely delicious. The teriyaki sauce was a little thinner than I prefer, but it still had great flavor. The real standout, though, was the Saucy Sauce. It was absolutely delicious and easily my favorite part of the meal. I'd love to come back and order this again. I just wish there were a location closer to me. read more

What an amazing spot! My girlfriend and I knew about Saucy last year when we were planning our Florida trip but never went. This time we made sure to make time for it! Coming in it was pretty empty inside but I love pink theme they had with the tables and chairs. They had kiosks inside for you to order which was great since we wanted time to see all the sauces. There were SO MANY!! We each got three different sauces and they were all fantastic. The chicken itself was amazing as expected (KFC always hit) and the service was great. First time trying out Saucy and it was okay. A little expensive for what it is. My fiance and I split a combo order. The bread was not very flavorful and neither of us ate it. The chicken was good and fresh and had a nice flavor to it. The sauces were great but they only give you one and you have to pay for any additional one which is kind of funny since the place is called saucy. Overall it was okay! read more

This's our first time trying this new concept saucy! By kfc. The inside is very clean, theres no line and you just order it from the kiosks. The food was made to order, and they bring it out to your table. The Brussel sprouts were really good, and it's rare to find that at a fast food chain. The chicken tenders were very juicy, and there are many different dipping sauce options to choose from. Everything we ordered tasted fresh, will definitely go back again to try other sauces! We tried 3 sauces at this visit, and we think the best was the creole honey mustard! Def give this place a try! read more

Saucy is clearly KFC's response to Raising Canes and it's certainly not a bad effort. The food just alright, but the service was excellent. I'm still not sure if it was the cashier or some sort of AI who took my order at the drive thru, but I think that's the point. Unlike other restaurants, where the initial drive thru voice is way more cheerful than the people at the window lol. My Hawaiian roll was a little cold, but the seasoned fries were delicious. The chicken fingers are ok but I felt like they could have been cooked a little longer. I do love the variety of sauces. The combo comes with one sauce, but I ordered a flight of sauces (only $1.49) to try. The bbq and smoked bacon ranch were my favorites. If I had to sum it up, Saucy is KFC's quirky hipster cousin. read more

After going to a previous Yelp Saucy event, I have been hoooked on this place. My favorite item off the menu is the chick-itos. I absolutely love the kimchi chickito, I love the kick of the kimchi and sweet heat sauce mix. Fries are always seasoned and delicious. Tons of sauces to choose from. While others say this is just another tender spot, I beg to differ lol! Service has always been fast and staff is friendly. A nice addition to the area. read more

Pretty expensive, sauces was $0.50 per. The food was good. I ordered the 3 tacos with different flavors. Each one was full of flavor and a bit too much. You will need to drink some water to dilute it each time. But for me, its really good. It doesnt come with fries but the meal fills you up. What we really liked were the puffies!! We had a great experience at lunch! Ordering menu screen was easy and quick. I loved the pictures and descriptions of what was in each item, it made it easy for me to make a decision. The workers were friendly and I liked that it was a self-serve soda station so we could get a refill. Trying the different sauces was fun! We also got the kimchi chicken wrap and the Cesar sandwich. The Mac and cheese side was yummy and worth the upgrade. I felt the fries were only good when dipped in sauce. The bread has a buttery taste we both weren't fans of, but maybe other people like it better! We are looking forward to our next visit and recommend this location! read more

It's was ok. It's just another Zaxby's, Huey Magoos, Bojangles, and Cane's. It's different from the other chicken tenders. Restaurants in that you can taste of the Colonel Sanders secret recipe. I normally don't eat the bread, but this one was really good. They use Hawaiian bread and they toast it like Texas toast. The sauces were amazing but they charge $.39 for each. The fries were really good. Inside the restaurant is clean. You mainly order through a kiosk. The chicken tender was a little bit harder than the other restaurants, but I would come back again. I'm not 100% sure but I think this is cheaper than all of the other three-piece combos from the other restaurants. What's not great is that if you want the combo it comes with a drink. You can't just order a combo without a drink for a lower price. read more

I was pleasantly surprised how good this was given it's a branch of KFC. The staff were incredibly friendly, even given us recs. I got the 3 tenders and fries with chimichurri ranch, creole honey mustard and the saucy sauce. The chimichurri sauce was the best sauce I've had in a long time. The other sauces were very good as well. The tenders were good but not great. The fries were well seasoned and tasted well. Overall, the vibe was great and will for sure be returning read more

So disappointed. I've been looking forward to trying this concept ever since the late unlamented PDQ Chicken was remodeled. I had the '4 tendie combo', four rather small (maybe four inches long) tenders, a side, a drink and choice of two sauces. For the side, I upgraded the standard crinkle-cut fries to 'drip fries' with a mild cheese sauce on top (which solidified when they got cold.) The fries weren't particularly crispy. All in all, meh. For sauces I went with smoky bacon ranch and sweet teriyaki. The teriyaki was pretty thin and didn't stick well to the tenders, adding little flavor. The smoky bacon ranch stuck well but manged not to be very strongly smoky, bacon-y or ranch-y. The only diet drink option was Pepsi Zero. Orders must be placed through their kiosks. What little service there was was polite and friendly, but they almost forgot to give me my drink cups. read more

I truly believe in giving great feedback when due. I came in with my sister and our experience was great. Food was fresh, seasoned, and came out promptly. The GM Martin was there and helped us order, and his customer service was on point. He was so friendly, approachable and served us himself. I literally have checked into 5 star hotels on this trip where the customer service was atrocious and Martin is a real one who deserves the shout out and his bosses should know the great job he's doing. read more

This used to be a PDQ before converting into a Saucy by KFC. Ordered a 3 pcs tenders meal at the drive thru and the pricing wasn't too bad $8.99 plus tax. The food was just ok flavor wise and everything was fresh, the employee on the windows was ok but the time it took to get my order was ridiculously long, over 23 min. They pulled me down to a parking spot to wait for my order but after 20 min waiting had to go inside the restaurant to see what was the reason for the long wait. There were 4 employees working inside the kitchen and I approached the girl on the counter and asked her why the long wait and she responded that they were waiting on french fries. No apology offered at all. After a couple of minutes finally got my order and I replied that it wasn't nice to wait so long for a 3 pcs meal and no apology was offered for the wait, also that if chicken tenders are the only item offered on the menu it doesn't make sense waiting so long for them and that it will make them loose business for bad reviews caused for slow service. I think management has to do something about it if they want to be as successful as PDQ used to be in that location read more
