The prices offered on precious metals are inline with all other merchants that purchase precious metals. Your jewelry really will depend on weight of the precious metals, and not much else as they do not sell jewelry to the public. The only issue here is when you sell to Crown, you can only be paid by check, CashApp and other apps that I did not notice. Crown does not pay in cash. Bank of America is the worst. Bank of America refused to cash a check written to me. I had to return to the store to return the check to get a CashApp for payment. As a business owner, they should really consider using another bank. Customers should never be inconvenienced. read more

Got seen right away and helped by Craig. Gave me step by step info as he was doing his appraisal on my ring and was super informative and right to the chase. Super cool and friendly dude. Wrote me a check on the spot and was done within 15 minutes. Had a little hiccup at the bank at first trying to cash the check but NOT anything to do with CrownAndGold. Teller told me he could see the funds were in the account but would be unwilling to cash it for me with NO REASON REALLY. Long story short they scanned the check and it put writing in the back of the check that was supposed to stay blank and my mobile deposit wouldn't allow me to deposit the check online either. -_- I called Crown and gold and without hesitation Craig was apologetic and had me go back in to fix the issue. Got in phone with the owners who also were very friendly and got me paid through my PayPal on the spot. It's been a rough patch for me and they valued me as a customer and made,what could have been a mess, a breeze. Craig you a G dog, give this man a raise! Very unprofessional service just walked into there about a hour ago and was told my pins were gold plates and they say 14KL on them. After futher looking and talking to another gold store they did find them not gold plated and they actually said 14k on the back. If the person who tested them actually took his time and did a thorough look.
