I did some diligence to find a place to purchase my (sell to them) coins close to spot price. This location had more reviews and better than most therefore gave them an opportunity. I made two trips, the first to see if they were legit, paid fairly and if the check would clear. There was an option for cash but for my own safety requested a check. Referring to my own safety, in case someone would rob me or follow me home. All went well so brought my remaining coins in while the spot price was near a record high (at the time). As soon as we walked in Maria's energy was off. The vibe felt intense and her greeting didn't appear sincere. There was a disabled lady with her granddaughter or toddler child. The lady moved forward and was immediately told by Maria to get back and allow privacy for the customer she was working with. Me and my wife decided to take a few of our items in to inquire the value and possibly sell them. We entered the establishment and the energy of this place was terrible. We saw a disabled lady with her daughter or granddaughter getting yelled at by Maria in a very rude manner. Then, there was a gentleman that was working in the establishment across from her. I will never go to this establishment again. To see a elderly Asian lady, be treated like this or less than was horrible!!!!! After waiting for maybe 40 minutes and seeing how this place was ran, I decided to get up and remove my wife and myself from this environment. Maria tried to sway me to come back or stay, and I looked at her like you have to kidding me. I over heard her telling someone earlier that this is a family business, that made me sick to my stomachand after hearing this it felt as if she could treat people however she wanted to treat them. Clearly, there will be no consequences of her actions.. This type of customer service was the worst I ever experienced in my entire life. I wouldn't let any person or business make a dime off my precious items. This place isn't worthy of any business of mine. I can see in 4D they don't value certain customers. DISHONEST PEOPLE... i rarely ever leave reviews.. go elsewhere. I have been to this place twice a few years back. I was passing upland, and needed some late gift silver ounces, so I stoped by. They tried to charge me a false amount. The lady acted like she was calculating everything and came Joe with 338$ instead of less than 300$. 5 ounces of silver with each less than 60$ after tax. I remembered that they did that the first two times I have been there a while back. I told her there's something wrong, and that doesn't add up. She said, the system doesn't make mistakes, it's very accurate, and insisted on the false amount. Her sister in the back heard me insisting, and said " there's no way your bill is wrong, our system is automatic and you can trust it". They said, we can show you the breakdown, when I asked for it, they backed out. The lady on the computer said let me check again, and said " o, my bad, it looks like the system is charging an automatic shipping fee by mistake, that explains it". I am 100% certain with no doubt that they intentionally did it. Anyone would pick up on it. Then she kept on saying, I'm so sorry, trust me we didn't do that on purpose, it was a mistake. That's where I remembered that this happened the first two times I was there! I realized that they always do this. Be careful! Take your phone out and calculate yourself if you do business here!
