I usually don't write reviews, especially negative ones, but I felt this experience needed to be shared. I started the day so excited to look at engagement rings for the first time. It was supposed to be such a magical and memorable experience. Right from the beginning, I made it clear that I was just exploring and trying to figure out what styles I liked. As soon as the employee realized I wasn't ready to make a purchase that day, her attitude completely changed. She walked away, and even after we asked to try on additional rings, I felt like I was treated with disrespect. It seemed like the only thing she cared about was making an immediate sale rather than helping a potential future customer. She was unwilling to answer questions, didn't seem interested in showing me different options, and even made me feel like I wasn't allowed to try on certain rings based on how we looked. The entire interaction made me feel judged and unwelcome. Instead of leaving excited about this milestone, I left disappointed. A first ring-shopping experience should feel special, regardless of whether someone is buying that day or simply exploring. Unfortunately, this experience was anything but that. read more

DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! Bought a set of wedding bands. The workers just tell you lies and give you false promises to get you to spend money here. They initially told us our rings will be done in 4-6 weeks but after hearing that we are time sensitive and might go some place else, they told us they will try to get it done in 2-4 weeks. Thats was a total lie . When we called on the 6th week, they said it would take 2 more weeks. The rings were still not ready by 8th week. Instead of telling us the truth saying they can't have it done sooner than 6 weeks, they outright lied to us and disregarded our timeline. They don't have any integrity. To them, getting business and money is more important to them than a person's important date. However, since it wasn't guaranteed that we would have it in 4 weeks, we weren't that upset but when it hit 6 weeks, there was no call and no update. We had to call first and ask when the rings will be ready. They told us they will check and give us an update. They didn't call us so we called again and they said it will take 2 more weeks. 2 weeks pass and still no call. We had to call them a total of 4 times and each time they seemed annoyed that we were calling to get updated. It was THE worst experience ever. I am writing this review not because I am mad about the rings being late but because of the lying, the bad customer service, the rush to get us to pay and leave, and the updates we never got. I sincerely wish no one else has to go through this. Please go somewhere else. read more

I would avoid purchasing any jewelry from this location. The quality of the gold is very low grade, my boyfriend purchased a chain for me as a Xmas gift. Mid January and the chain, rope chain for exact description, started to break and a portion of it flaked off. Yes, flaked off as if it was not put together from the beginning. We walked back in the store to demonstrate the issue and brought the flaked off piece with us. After a THOROUGH, inspection, even through the chain and the piece was handed, they finally agreed to FIX it. At that moment what choice do you have other than to agree to "fix" a gold chain that shoukd have never broken apart. A week later we got a call that the chain was fixed. We came in to pick up the chain and inspected it ourselves. Sadly enough, I have to wear a fixed chain but the chain was welded together leaving the integrity and composure of the chain out the door. This is very disappointing, you would think they would stand behind the quality of their product and just replace it with what was comparable from the original purchase. Instead I'm walk out with a welded chain, that will likely fail again. By all means, come by, check their inventory out but be advised the QUALITY is what matters and if your paying for high quality gold, then gold should not flake nor be welded back to its place. Where to begin! We purchased my wedding rings here, and of course, they sold us on the warranty, stating that everything would be taken care of at the store level !they also made it clear that we would never have to send it out, since that was my main concern etc..in fact the lady that sold it to me still works there..I went in since my white gold is fading out and needed a re dip to my surprise they informed me that they could no longer service it because they no longer worked with that warranty..am like ok but I purchased from Kevin's not anyone else they went on to say that I could reach out to customer service but that they wouldn't be able to do anything and that if I wanted a re dip I needed to pay for it or re purchase the warranty from them again..I was very confused because why would I have to pay for it again.. then they offer the choice to purchase something over 500 and then they would do it for free.i just shocked on how a company is able to do this sell a warranty to a customer and then wash their hand and say sorry we can't help you no longer. I went in there asking to get a watch that I didn't purchase there adjusted and fitted. I will preface by saying I am in my 20s but I look very young. I was also wearing shorts and a t shirt. I was also interested in buying a watch. They told me to price to adjust it which was a little high but I was like whatever. I then asked to look at some watches I wanted to buy and the salesman told me to hold on a second and then started helping other customers! And then the other two salesman just looked at me and then they started helping other customers. It was like a scene out of pretty woman. If they weren't already fixing my watch I would've just left. This store is horrible I went in to get a pair of earrings for my wife. They then offered for me to finance the earrings to make it "more affordable" saying I would have 5 months to make the total payments then after every thing was complete they told me I had 3 months to pay off the earrings before getting hit with the interest. I went back the following day which was the 2nd of December to return the earrings, and I knew I could do so because the policy I signed said I was allowed to the employees and boss both denied that I could and flat out told me I was stuck with them, so I called the credit company i signed to finance the earrings explained the situation and they even said the store is supposed to accept the return , and they had no idea as to why they wouldn't but they gave me a solution to just send the earrings to them and I would receive a refund on my down payment. Moral is the store is terrible unprofessional and the employees and boss had no regard for following their own policies. read more
