When I returned, I was told, "The head was weak and that happens." No apology. No accountability. I was later told they "can't predict the future." Despite the rings being originally made there and the repair failing within days, I was charged again to fix it using one of the last remaining stones from my mother's jewelry. I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years. The lack of care, craftsmanship, and basic empathy during an incredibly emotional situation was shocking.
