Thankfully, we found it and brought it back to the same jeweler for repair. Three days after picking it up, the head of the ring detached and the diamond was lost forever. When I returned, I was told, "The head was weak and that happens." No apology. No accountability. I was later told they "can't predict the future." Despite the rings being originally made there and the repair failing within days, I was charged again to fix it using one of the last remaining stones from my mother's jewelry. I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years. The lack of care, craftsmanship, and basic empathy during an incredibly emotional situation was shocking. I will never return and strongly recommend taking your business to the jeweler across the street.

Reviews helped us settle on this tattoo & piercing parlor. It looked as legit as could be and already had good testimonials and insta pics. It was even better in real life. My 14 y o daughter did all her own research for a septum piercing, saved up for it, and felt ready. Of course she was still nervous and had questions for her piercer. Enter Tina. Trust me, if your minor is getting a body piercing, Tina is who you want holding the needle. She came around from the counter, sat on the bench with my daughter, answered all her questions, eased her anxiety. From this conversation alone, I knew my daughter was in good hands. If you're wondering what to bring, they took her state ID and birth certificate for age verification, and my license for parental authorization. Fill out a form and it's on to the piercing booth !! Tina explained each step directly to my daughter, respecting her as the informed client. She was clearly in tune with my teen's body language; I cannot emphasize enough how well Tina kept the energy in the room a perfect balance of relaxed anticipation. She took care preparing my daughter's little nose, gently probing to identify the "sweet spot" while talking her through all of it. My daughter said the needle was less painful than she expected. She's been so excited for this moment and is really thrilled with the result. Her silver septum clicker looks adorable, and she is relieved it's perfectly centered. But the last time we were there the nice woman behind the counter suggested I take a look in the back room. There was a small but very cool collection of "guy" items. Knives, cigar stuff and lots of things for your bar. Then I spotted an epic glass globe with tubes set on a diagonal and resting in a wooden base. You pour your scotch in the top and it sits in the globe that you spin to aerate it. Inside the globe is a small glass schooner that spins with the globe. On either side is a scotch glass with the continents etched on them. I had to have it. Price was reasonable but the wood had a small scratch on it. No problem. They ordered a new one and called me a week later to come pick it up. All in all an unexpected find. Highly recommend making a visit. Wives will love the clothes and the guys can check out the back room. Worthwhile trip. Five stars.
