I can honestly say this is the best damn pizza west of NYC I don't know about the other foods since buying other stuff from a pizza place is like buying seafood at a Steakhouse - you just don't do it. Crust had the flavor and crispness like a NYC pizza. Sauce was good. Cheese was good. I have ordered delivery from this place twice. The first time we ordered it was around 130am and the estimated time on 45-60 mins and their estimated arrival time said 226pm. So we waited and around 240am we tried to call, but there was no answer. Around 3am we tried contacting through the support and the driver said he was around 20mins away. We then told Yelp we rather have our money back. Today we ordered food at 1210am thinking since their time says 60mins and we were an hour away we would be fine to get the food. Time passed and now it's 130am and still no food. We tried contacting contact support and there was no answer so we called. Always willing to customize the pizza for me (I have acid reflex(so no red sauce) and am allergic to peppers). The delivery guys are always super polite and friendly, and I never have any trouble communicating when placing my order. It's fantastic! I now had 3 terrible. Experiences with similar but it's the only ly late night pizza place open that delivers... I ordered a burger, and no onion, sub add pickle and a dry bun. They had to call me to calirify these simple instructions and still got it wrong. When they called just to make it super simple I just asked for everything on the side but it arrived without any lettuce or tomato. :( I then asked fora side of marinara and ranch with my cheese sticks and only got marinara. For. My. Dessert, but I I ordered. Strawberry cheesecake but got plain. I am updating my review! This has been my now new pizza hot spot! I've been ordering here almost weekly now. I'm not sure why people are complaining about the delivery, I personally never had a problem. Delivery has been about 40-50 mins consistently for me. I've tried their Greek fries, Indian tandoori chicken pizza, gyros, Cobb salad and jalapeño poppers. Food is hot and fresh, literally burned myself from the poppers... I ordered through Eat24 and it they said it was going to take about an hour This is from a pizza pace within walking distance (I couldnt leave my building at the time). My pizza's estimated delivery time was 12:44. I did a check on my order at about 12:45, which told me they were still working on it. I then checked again about 10 minutes later and it said my pizza had been delivered at 12:14. I call then called them to see what was going on since I did not have a pizza and he knew my name, told me my pizza would be there in 10-15 minutes and that it would be free. My pizza came about 1:30, I ordered about 11:45. The pizza was ok, not worth the almost TWO HOUR wait though. Also, my pizza was not free. They did in fact charge me. Lucky for them I included their tip when I charged the pizza online, otherwise they wouldn't have received anything. There website doesn't have there menu on it but they use a third party website for there online orders and that did have there menu. It worked out great!!! I placed an order via the delivery system on Yelp. I had to call 4 times to get a confirmation of when my order would arrive. I never got a phone call back and the manager told me that I would get a call by the delivery guy. I placed the order at 8:20pm and the pizza delivery person called me at 9:10pm. I told him to take the order back and called the restaurant. The manager I spoke to on 6/24 @ 9:11pm told me that I'm with within the estimated 45-60 minutes it would take for us to get our pizza. He said that he couldn't refund me and that I should call Yelp to resolve the issue. This is bad management and can't appreciate a manager that cannot handle this simple situation. BIG FAN of the Indian Style Tandoori Chicken Pizza! After a night of drinking, getting this as a late night fix along with my typical pepperoni pizza hit me by surprise! They offer dine in until 2am which is amazing, they have the best garlic cheesy bread sticks I have ever tasted. The pizza is always fresh and tasty and all the toppings are fresh as well.
