A couple of years ago, I went through them to try to rent a house. I'm at the lady at the house can't remember the street name. When I called him back and asked him about the rental or any other rentals the lady said to me verbatim that they only want to rent to a certain kind of people we have to remember NapaKKK is very racist. Napa is a very active sundown. They just set you up. I guess I didn't fit because I'm a black woman. I didn't ask her what she meant by it. But I've had real estate agents not want to sell me a house because of the color of my skin. don't go through them. They called me back about a month later asking if they could help me find a rental property or a house. Maybe the lady couldn't rent out her house cause I was too black for it. But I had to tell them I ended up buying a house. She was shocked and hung up. They knew what kind of money I had and if she wasn't so racist, if that was the case, she could've made a commission off of selling a house. read more

I hired Crown Realty Property Management to manage my property. I had just walls textured, the house was remodeled bathrooms, garage new flooring. Steve S ( property manager) got the worst possible renters. They complained every month about anything and everything but they did not take care of my place. Every month I spent $250-350 to fix things. Three times on an oven stove which I was happy to replace ( I would have done it initially if I would have known). I needed the renters to move out but with a lot of pressure I extended their lease for 6 more months. Upon moving out the renters did over $6,000 damage to the house and stole the birdbath and curtain rods. The aluminum siding was damaged in the back ( it looked like it was hit hard by a weed eater.) After negotiating they only paid 1/3 of the damage that I incurred. Steve S ( the property manager was not helpful with me) He would say yes but when push came to shove he wasn't helpful at all. Having Crown cost me a lot of money. The only saving grace was the renters paid rent on time subtract Crowns charges and the costs continual complaints from the tenants. Currently I have a wonderful renter and I don't pay the monthly fee and if something needs to be fixed- it is because we have open communication. read more

I used Crown Realty to find me a tenant. The property was in pristine condition. They charged for a deep cleaning without my approval of the company. I had already paid for a deep clean. I am now questioning the accuracy of the tenant information they provided to me. Updating my previous review. BUYERS BEWARE! STILL THE WORST property management company. This is my 3rd HOA in Napa, CA and never had these issues with property management companies. STILL have not had the gutter cleaned, however the HOA did decide to power wash and repaint multiple condos, except our section. RON RUGGIERO is a terrible manager for VILLA OAKS PROPERTY. Here is why: - Bought our condo in 2021 with the pretense we would have 4 parking spots. AFTER we purchased the home we found out this WAS NOT correct and we would only be allotted 2 spaces (in our garage). IF we knew that, we would NOT have purchased. This was his EXACT response "I am currently traveling. The quick answer to your question is. There will never be a 3rd parking space. Owners can't use the visitor spots, they will be towed. Your realtor should have never told you that." WOW!!!! as a NEW owner this is NOT how to welcome them. - WATER LINE BREAK ALLLL THE TIME!!! So they have to shut off water. AND sometimes they DO NOT email you to notify you. Thinking the "mailboxes" are an adequate place to communicate WATER SHUT OFF?! - Last time the WATER LINE BROKE it was in front of our condo, not our water, but in our area. The company that was fixing it decided to leave ALL THE DIRT they dug up in front of our garage door so we could not access it. AND THIS WORK WAS NEVER COMMUNICATED TO US BY THE HOA being that our front door and garage would be completely affected by this! - Had a family member park in visitor parking and the front driver tire was SLASHED! - Had a family members car TOWED in visitor parking WITH THE VISITOR PASS IN THE WINDOW! $488 to get it out of the yard that's in southeast Napa. WHERE IS ALL THAT $$$ GOING. HOA is not giving us the $ back saying the car was NEVER towed.... LIKE What?! - Consistently RAISE HOA FEE EVERY YEAR stating that it's due to inflation and the "cost of boards" to fix the fence. Guess what? STILL NOT FIXED? So the price increase going to fence boarding or power washing and repainting multiple complexes? - the FUNNIEST THING?! our Condominiums entrance for VALLEY OAK VILLAS signage has a GANG SIGN PREDOMINATELY PLACED. Why has this not been REMOVED/REPLACED?! Thank you to NVUSD gang awareness night for parents for educating me! AND ITS ON THEIR WESBISTE!? Insane. - THREE TIMES found men with a ladder on our ROOF?! This place is an absolute nightmare and Ryan Henderson is a disrespectful scam artist. I reached out ages ago regarding a rental property. I understand the market in Napa is tough. Nonetheless, I was told that the applicants were being processed and I'd have a shot at viewing and possibly renting the apartment. Trying to be persistent and not annoying, I followed up every other day. I called the agency, spoke with Val a number of times and another woman another several times. I even got a call back from Ryan who left me a voicemail. Every piece of information that was offered to me indicated that the current tenant hadn't moved out yet and the viewings would be scheduled within the week. That was over two weeks ago. Everytime I called, it was the same story. Then I'd be patched through to Ryan's never attended office phone. His vmail offers that you leave a message but says the quickest way to contact him is via email. Cut to 4 unanswered emails. Radio silence. And yet, everytime I called, they said it was still available and they'd reach out to schedule a viewing. When I called this morning, I was told Ryan would reach out. Miracle of miracles, he found it in his heart to return correspondence to a potential client. He didn't even have the decency to be straight with me that I wasn't, in the end, going to be offered a shot at viewing the apartment, much less rent it. That there were 10 people who had applied ahead of me. Suspicious as I responded to the ad within 40 mins of it being posted. He found time in the conversation to police my tone and yelled over me when I explained I thought my frustration was valid. I told him this was straight up bad business bordering on a scam. He figured it was appropriate to defend his lack of communication and then tried to spin the whole thing like he was doing me a favor. He had the nerve to tell me that 'as a man of my word' (already bs - keeping your word means getting in touch about the specific viewing I was interested in when he said he would) in fact, he has two brand new units ("they're not trailer homes but...") in Calistoga. An hour commute from my place of work, which he conveniently name dropped like I care that he cares that I work at a high end resort. Not an appropriate option. He didn't like what I had to say about how poorly he'd conducted himself and hung up on me. A child. I just wish the staff of this agency had the decency to let me know that it wasn't gonna happen. What do they gain from telling me for weeks that I'd be contacted for a viewing?? Plain and simple this place is a wreck and I wouldn't trust them with my pet snail. read more

Shari who answers the phone is not the greatest. I asked her if I could please leave a message with her to write down for a realtor . She kept saying she could transfer me to a voicemail,she's done this before and I have left messages already, which I haven't gotten a response to. I told her I'd prefer to leave a handwritten message Incase they are not checking their voicemails often. I let her know I had already left voicemails and that I'd prefer to leave a handwritten note . She ended up transferring me through voicemail after I declined. I called back and asked her to please take a message . She started huffing and puffing . Her response ' I don't know what you want me to do '. I explained to her what I needed . She was so rude and kept cutting me off , not letting me finish my sentence ! She kept interrupting me with 'okay okay' and NOT listening. I was trying to explain my situation and the reason for wanting to have her write a note versus transferring me . She was dismissive , spoke to me with a disgruntled tone and I'm just not sure why my request was too hard to do. She's the first voice you hear when calling here . She shouldn't sound like she hates everyone and everything every time she answers the phone . Back story to WHY i wanted to leave a note: I've been waiting to hear back from Kevin with some information for over 3 weeks now. I saw an apartment I want to rent , paid for the application, and turns out the realtor went on vacation the day after I saw the apartment. No one let me know this until I called back to ask for an update. I was told I had to wait until they came back , or that his assistant would get back to me the following week. I feel like they've just taken my money promptly and NO communication has happened ! I feel ripped off and so far do not suggest this spot. I hope that they do better , specially if I'm renting from them. I've called and called and no one can give me an answer . They keep saying they have no update and that the process usually doesn't take this long . It does not take 3 weeks for a background check and to get an answer back . It would be nice if Kevin would personally call me and explain what's going on. Instead , I speak with his assistant and this Shari lady who hates her job. I will rewrite a good review IF and WHEN I hear back from someone ! But as of now they get an overall 2 stars . And Shari gets 0 stars . Never thought that we will have a bad experience, everything was great in the beginning. I truly believe that we have all different experience. As you can see some reviews are positive and some are not. Let's add my negative experience in this list. We were interested to rent 684 Joliet Way ( it was posted in there website last July 26, 2013) so I emailed the assigned property manager, Ms Gularte and they replied back which is really great and referred us to leasing agent Ms. Highness. They asked us to drive by the property, submit an application, make an appointment to view the interior of the house and if we like it, pay $25 for credit check per person. We followed all the steps. My hubby used to live in this neighborhood so he is so familiar of the place. House showing was on July 31st (property is available on Aug. 1st), few people came to see the place. My hubby knows what's inside and he likes the place, to give me further idea, I went to check the place and I liked it too. I issued check for $50, so they can check our credit and my hubby sent them proof of income (one of the requirement) Few days after, they called me and said we got the place. My hubby and I were so excited. Aug. 5 (Monday)- Emailing back & forth with Ms Highness, Hubby and me. Setting a meet-up so we can sign the 1 year lease and should bring cashier's check for the deposit. Of course, since it's already Aug. 5, 30day notice is required for our current landlord. We are expecting to move in the new place by weekend of Sept. 7. but Ms Highness told us that the owner wants us to move earlier than Sept. which is on Aug. 15. As husband and wife, we have to talk if that's the right decision, if we move to new place on Aug. 15 and it's already Aug. 5th. We already paid our current house rental in the beginning of the month then will pay double rent. We let the day go and set an appointment. Just randomly, when I was searching the address online. I saw an ad that the property is for sale. I was nervous. So, I told my husband that the property is for sale. It was listed at Realtor.com. and some other private real estate broker's website... The property management are not suppose to put the place for lease if the property is listed for sale. So, I emailed Ms. Highness if the property is for sale and she replied "NO". My husband is a California license real estate broker. He checked the property and found out that the property is for real "FOR SALE". How would we believe in this kind of business?? I ignored the negative comment below but it is still proving that they really have a bad business ethics. I have tried to view two units after completing my application online on August 1 and it is now aug 29 and I've yet to view one property even after multiple calls to follow up. This company is disgusting and only out to stake tenants money. I rented an apartment for a few months and had to move out due to the apartment being infested with roaches. Crown Realty didn't disclose this information to me and act like they was unaware that this was an issue. I moved into the apartment when what appeared to be fun shots on the window, unclean and various other issues wrong with the unit. Haley and Danielle helped us rent our condo in 2017. We had a lot going on in our personal lives and they took this huge burden off our hands. They were up front and honest about everything and it felt like they were really looking for the best tenants for us, not just trying to "finish a job" Since then they have helped with lease renewal, giving our tenants a notice to vacate and an endless amount of novice questions. They have always been prompt, helpful and patient. We were on the fence about having an agency help us with the rental, thinking we could just save the money, but I am so glad decided to use their services. SHADY! SHADY! SHADY! Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to live. I don't care how cheap/upgraded the unit is. Or how nice and easy they seem in the beginning. It's not worth it. I lived in a property here for 2 years. I moved into the house with a roommate who had already lived there prior, so I didn't know anything about Crown at the time. The process of applying, moving in, everything was really smooth. I loved the place. The only compliant I had at the time was they were not great at responding without having to follow up with them. At some point mid-way through living here, the PM Ryan Proctor became increasingly difficult to get ahold of, and started receiving emails from Sarah Ruggiero instead. It became increasingly confusing and difficult to determine who to email about what and how to get a response from one of them, usually Sarah. After a year my first roommate moved out, and that's when the first Crown issue started. She wanted me to pay her out from her deposit, and I asked Ryan for someone to come do an inspection so I felt comfortable with the deposit amount I was refunding, especially as she had filled out the move in inspection form alone since she moved in prior to me. They refused, stating it was between roommates, but did send me her initial inspection form. I did my own evaluation & research and determined a very small amount of the deposit would not be returned for damages I did not inflict. When my old roommate disagreed and contacted Crown, all of a sudden they ask me if they can come inspect. At that point I said no, because how are you going to tell ME, your current tenant no to this request, but then to the FORMER tenant you say yes? No way. Moving on. I found a new roommate, and she lived there with me for a year. Then when she decided to give notice in May, Crown decided to give me an unlawful notice terminating my tenancy, stating that I was required to vacate the premise in 60 days. When I asked for a reason, I was told there wasn't one and the owner "just wants the property back now", though that was not the case with other tenant in the other half of the duplex who I speak to often (same property). Lies. When I became more demanding in my emails with them and researched the current CA tenant laws and regulations, making this known in my emails to them, suddenly with 30 days left to move out I receive an email from the property manager Ryan Proctor: "have you found a roommate yet? your notice was rescinded but we need to know your plan" WELL WHEN WAS I NOTIFIED OF MY NOTICE BEING RESCINDED? That email. THAT email was my notice. DISGUSTING. At that point I didn't have enough time to turn around and change my plans and look for a roommate, nor did I feel comfortable continuing to live in a property controlled by these sick, manipulative people. Well fast forward to now over a month an a half since I moved out, they had finally reached out for a forwarding address 15 days after I moved out, which happened to be during my vacation, but as soon as I returned a week later I sent it to them. Another 20 days go by, STILL silence from them regarding deposit return/receipt. They claim to have mailed it to me, yet still never got it. Finally I receive an email from Sarah with a complete LAUNDRY list of receipts for things they charged from the deposit, as well as claiming we still owe an additional $1,000. They want to charge us $1,700 of the $2,600 cost for repainting the entire unit, but will provide no breakdown explaining the cost. I'm not saying there weren't some valid charges, and that there should be no deductions from our deposit at all because I agree there are some, but they absolutely took advantage of us. On top of this, they are claiming there was "Oven Vent Hood repair" for a damaged vent hood. This vent hood worked PERFECT the entire 2 years I lived here and was unaware of any potential damage, but when I have repetitively asked in every email since what exactly was the damage on the vent hood, what exactly was being repaired on it (i.e., dirty and greasy? dented? etc.), and they continue to refuse to provide any additional details. This is without a doubt the shadiest company I have ever encountered! Not just for renting, but companies as a whole, this one really takes the cake. I've sent numerous emails back and forth demanding an itemized receipt for how they determined these costs between painting, vent hood repairs, and I have been met with nothing but denial for needing to provide this, and them talking in circles. I am so beyond livid and fed up with the illegal tactics they have taken, I have filed a complaint to the California DRE and will likely be taking legal action based on the advice from my attorney. I'd rather go through small claims court than let them get away with manipulating people like this. I truly hope they go out of business or the company gets sold, because I've never encountered a more toxic situation or people in my life. read more

I used Crown to book a condo at the Silverado Resort in Napa. The directions are given on how to access the property through lockbox. The property was very clean with new linens. I brought our own towels, soap and lotions. It was beautiful. We golfed and attended a tasting social distanced nearby. We will definitely use them again. Very professional! read more

Whether you are an owner or renter, don't choose Crown. Run! My wife and I are fire victims. I NEVER write bad reviews! We used Crown/Ryan to help us find a rental. Upfront, we shared our insurance paid budget, pets, dates we needed and asked to see the lease early to avoid delays or issues. We have 800+ credit rating. They told us the owners approved us, but asked us to move in May 1 instead of the June 1 we asked for. So we asked our landlord and he graciously let us go early. Then after we'd given notice, Crown reveals they haven't told the new owners about our pets or any conditions we shared up front. When they did the owners declined - all after asking us (fire victims) to give early notice. Terrible 0 stars. Choose another company unless you're feeling very lucky. read more

When we were preparing to move out, we gave our 30 days notice and asked about last month rent and other procedures we needed to do to avoid any headaches. My partner went in person to talk to them since they weren't answering our questions. Carolyn informed him to contact Kimi with questions and he did. He still did not get any relevant response and was ignored. Kimi/Carolyn were unprofessional and did not answer or response to any of our questions. They reached out a month later after countless emails to them and said we had a balance and late fee. WHAT!!! Had y'all answers of our questions before, we could of gotten things squared away. We paid the final month and moved out 30 days early due to a new job. We received a portion of our security deposit and were told by Ryan we wouldn't receive the balance since we broke our lease. After several calls that were ignored by Ryan, he finally called back and said you broke the lease. How did we break the lease when we gave proper notice and paid in full? Because you moved out early was the answer. Are you kidding me? According to Ryan and Crown Realty, a tenant paying on time every month and leaving the house spotless and paying in full our last month even though we didn't live there is considered a lease breaker. Unfortunately, after recently talking to my tenant, they too have had an equally frustrating experience. The Crown personnel that I've dealt with have all been horrible with timely communication, follow through, and customer service. It must be the company culture. I even reached out to the owner with my complaints, and he brushed me off. Left without options, because I'm locked into a 12-month contract, but I will definitely not be renewing or using them in the future. Horrible! From their front office receptionists to their "property managers" crown unfortunately manages the HOA I belong to and they're absolutely horrid! I love HOA's and I've never had an issue with any HOA between New York and NOLA. Crown is extremely slow to respond to owner issues such as leaks and regular routine maintenance in common areas. They're very quick to hound you for HOA dues but slow to respond to maintenance inquiries. Also, their payment methods are so outdated. It's like going back 50 years in time. Kimi was nothing short of amazing, I requested to view a home around 730am, she replied back to me by 10:30am and I was seeing the house at 4pm! She even took to me another house in Vacaville because she knew I was looking for a 4 bedroom. Make a long story short, I applied same day got a call back almost 2 days later saying I was approved. Signed my lease yesterday :) I had an appt to sign the lease at 9:15am I was there at 8:45am and she was too :) she took me early. The entire office stays was so great! I hate that I had to leave one star. I haven't had to leave many bad reviews. However, this is important that I leave this review. BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! AND RUNNNNN and fast as you can. This will not be the only place that I leave a review. Anywhere that I can leave it I will. My husband and I stayed at one of there properties for three years. ZERO missed payments and zero complaints from neighbors or owner. From the time that we moved in threw spoke with multiple different people. It seems like they're trying to create an online business. So, they won't have to deal with tenants in person or over the phone. But before I get to far. Let's begin with the walk through. We seen a few things but we were told a lot of things were normal wear and tear. But not to worry about it. Like the ceiling water spots(from the AC). So, if you ignore these messages and decide to rent from them. WRITE DOWN EVERYTHING. I don't care if it's a dead spider splat on the wall that was there before you got there. WRITE IT DOWN. They did inspections every few months and left us notes on how good we took care of the place. Sent an email and offered us to purchase the home since we seemed to love it and took care of it like its our own. Then all of a sudden during move out they changed. My husband took care of our rental like it was our own. Even the neighbors complimented on on numerous occasions. In fact my husband helped some of the single neighbors and brought treats over for him often. The water went out and they acted like it was normal. We received a random bill for $50 for about 6 months and I kept calling asking about it. Each person I was sent to had no idea what I was talking about. However, we received the late fee alert on the online system. Finally someone told us it was a mistake due to their new system. (side eye) The deck was seriously old and breaking and they would send someone out to look and never did a single thing. The AC got so loud outside that we began feeling sorry for our neighbors. If we couldn't sleep we know they couldn't. Did it get fixed? No. Did someone come look yes. If you need any repairs they will have a threatening voicemail that states,"you will be charged if they feel it's not an emergency." We need to relocated and I spoke with 3 to 4 different people and nobody seemed no no what the left hand was doing. I had to keep emailing people the exact same messages. (Keep your contract close) They will try and keep your deposit which is pretty hefty compared to most. I mean we cleaned our place and they charged us for a dirty fridge.We ended up asking for pictures of the dirty fridge and they never produced proof. They were lying because we had the fridge and freezer cleaned. They just wanted to collect money. a scuff mark from the movers that tried to charge in the hundreds. Not a dent or whole. But a scuff mark that could be painted over. Which you should be doing for new move ins anyway. It was funny that they charged us all these crazy fees when we moved in. The downstairs bedroom had dirty socks and under garments all in the closets with trash. dirty curtains on the living room floor. Bottles of old paint and cans in the garage with a bunch of random storage items sitting in the garage. You can never get anyone on the phone. Only when you're trying to move in. The turnover in that office is crazy. We had to speak to I don't know how many different people. One ruder then the others. Maintenance fees good luck. You will be splitting with the owners or you paying for it your self. Isn't that the point of renting? You don't want the responsibility of doing that? I'm not sure how this company is still in business. But you better believe my next review is for the better business bureau. I've never experienced a company like this. We have to travel a lot. So, we prefer to rent. However, if we ended up back in Atlanta. It won't be this company. I can say we received our whatever was left of the deposit in a timely manner. My husband and I rented a unit from Crown for 1 year. We moved on because we wanted to find a bigger unit in a different part of the Bay. We had downstairs neighbors who had an "awful" experience, but I can tell you right now that if you pay your rent on time, take care of the unit (don't let trash gather), respect of the rules, and are polite in your communication, they will be fair and honest with you. We rented from another company in the Bay, and they totally screwed us over. They were straight up thieves, and there was nothing we could do about it. So we were really nervous to trust another property management company. But we followed Crown's rules for the move-out, and we got our full deposit back. Kimi B is wonderful to work with, and she cared a lot about our comfort. We had a great experience renting from Crown, which is the first for us! We've rented from 2 other property management companies before, and were completely traumatized by one in particular. If you're wary and nervous, you can trust Crown as long as you're honest and respectful of the property. If we ever need to rent in an area where Crown has property, we'll be sure to contact them again! read more

Called today trying to get information on properties from their website a woman Fernanda answered who apparently overdosed on caffeine today; and wouldn't let me get a word in. Gave me a long story that did not apply to me. When I told her listen, please stop I'm on your site I know what I want she hung up on me. I have been spending the better part of Covid looking for a new home to rent. I fell in love with one and sent a message to the property management. I waited a day, figuring they would be busy before trying to reach out again. I found a phone number and called. No one picked up. Figuring I'd move on, I later get a call from a woman hurriedly saying the property is still available and if I want to see the place at 1240 she would meet me there.. Happy and eager to see it I arrived a few minutes early and walked around the place falling even more in love with it. I waited for her to show up, she never did. So I waited untill 12:55 before attempt to call her back. No answer. Another five minutes I call. And leave a message. Getting a little frustrated now I drive to the listed online office, which is an additional 20+ minutes away. I enter the office and explain my situation. The front desk woman explains that they are actually a realty place and don't deal with rentals. But they would call and leave a message to the one person in charge of them because they work out of their office... Btw I never heard back, in fact the very next day I went to to go look for the listing because I wanted to see pictures and it was no longer available... Funny that. A simple call back would have been nice is all I'm saying. So thanks for waiting my time. read more

If no major repairs are needed, it will be a good management like in the positive reviews below. I know some renters are happy. But here is my opinion. The rent went up more than 10% after the wildfire. I thought was prohibited. They kick out the tenant who has no fault. The school just started and this makes a whole mess. They kick out for their own reason and charge additional application fees for a new rent ($35 per adults), so they are making money by kicking out existing tenant. They should be more helpful. They make some family members crying. Some property managers are utterly unfriendly. They bring the hardship to tenants recovering from the wildfire. I have a few options after the wildfire: - Move out and pay 30-40% more for inflated rent in the area - Buy the unit at very high price and pay 100% more and downpayment/closing cost I am looking at bills more than $5,000 for overlapped rent, U-haul,,,completely unexpected. I paid rents on time for years. I avoided water leak and other problems that would have cost a lot to the landlord. I reported major repairs needed many times for years. They take money from the landlord and do not do anything. Termites are there for a very long time and reported many times but nothing happens. Major repairs have never been taken care of. They do small repairs but major repairs are left behind. When the landlord does not want to keep his past arrangement with the tenant, they just kick out the tenant. Those have been a major concern. When something happens, it is a nightmare management office. I still cannot give a good rating. Update: The last month was unacceptable. They started to repair here for the landlord but not for tenant - my house was not habitable with dust and noise. It was not renting condition. I still paid the rent that was not cheap! The landlord repeatedly asking when empting the place before the moving out. I paid the rent and had told you the move out date! It was humiliating. read more

Yes, I am a fan of Crown Realty and especially Ron Ruggiero. Ron has a fantastic sence of humor, he's easy to talk to and very down to earth. He's a busy guy though. You have to give him a break. You can't really expect 1 person to handle all the properties, people, calls, emails, meetings, lunch, life and family to have all the time in the world. I filled out my walk through info, and within a few days someone was there fixing up what was wrong. He is on top of his clients, he's a great family man who loves his wife and family very much. I would rather have someone who may not call back immediately, than have someone who is a jerk or complete dick that is just in it for the money. Ron, in my opinion is a great guy. I have rented several properties from Crown Realty over the past 14 years and I have to say, they are the BEST! Each agent I've worked with has been professional and responsive, and unlike other landlords I've rented from, they are fair and follow the CA landlord-tenant laws. If given the choice, I would rent from Crown Realty over any other property management company or landlord. It's unfortunate that some people seem to have had a negative experience with Crown Realty, and I'll venture to say these are isolated incidents. This is the worst property that I've dealt with during the places that I have in my adult life. They are very slow in repairing, the HOA is horrible we have a gym no one can use because it's being remodeled for the past the past 2 years at least that's what I remember since that's how I've been here, but yet that one thing they was good about living here. The pool hours are horrible , the laundry room you take your chances and have 1 bathroom but they can't get a plumber out to fix it...No working Toliet, and the bathtub is backed up , and they want there rent really!!!!
