First off, the radio communication was very very loud ( well beyond what someone would need -- unless they have a disability, then I apologize -- and it was nothing just agitated yelling at one another. He got lost and my passenger had to walk up the road to the next intersection to flag him down). He never acknowledged the mistake or apologized). Another issue -- and a huge safety issue -- was that our driver (taxi #1709) did not have a working seat belt on the passaged seat behind our driver). I was not allowed to sit in the front seat where I would have been safe as it was against, "their policy" (I was rudely brushed off when asked). He replied that he would just, "drive slow" as a solution. I managed to figure out the tangle of seatbelts to squeeze myself into my fellow traveller so I could use the middle buckle (which was not suggested to me, I figured it out myself) Over all, it was a disaster!

My bill is always cheaper ( by a few dollars) when I use Royal Taxi. Their cabs also seem to be cleaner than most, smell better as well. Not much else to say, I try to use Royal Taxi whenever I need a cab.

The cab driver had grease all over his back seat. It was past 12am and I had to order uber back home. My beautiful pink Bebe dress is ruined! I called the taxi company right away and filed a complaint. The cab driver had conveniently switched off his phone. The idiot on the phone was like oh would you like a cab to take you back home? My response was is this free of charge? No no you have to pay! On top of that we can't do anything to help you and the manager that can help you won't be in until Monday. I called and left voicemails on the manager's phone. When I finally spoke to him, he said he would investigate. It is now Wednesday and I still am yet to hear of this investigation. I am trying to find ways to file a formal complaint. This cab company should not be able to get away with this. I want to give zero stars and I will not be calling this cab company ever again!
