My mouth starts watering just thinking about these cookies. They are absolutely delicious. Heavenly. Nothing compares. I placed an order through the app for a dozen of regular size to gift to someone and it was ready for pick-up in less than five minutes. There is an option in the app to mark your order as a gift, so you can write your own little personal message that they will include in the box. I'm not a chocolate fan so I only ordered 1 chocolate dirt cookie. Well for some reason it took them 15 min to decorate my one cookie (they decorate it on the spot, they're not pre decorated) bc it took 2-3 people to deal with the other order. Anyway , this cookie was good. Not as sweet. They used chocolate pudding instead of icing. I've had crumbl cookies in the past and they were overly sweet. She hasn't had a complaint about any of their cookies. This review is geared toward their establishment and process. I LOVE companies that incorporate technology. You can order as soon as you walk in using one of their two kiosks. They have vertical televisions promoting their flavors of the week and best of all... They accept TAP TO PAY! Phone payments are the future! There have been times when waiting has been problematic but when I go to order for her.... It's at least 6+ ppl in the back baking cookies (see picture). On occasions that she goes, it's packed and not a quick transition from ordering to leaving. They are open late, so I'm more prone to pull up after their rush hour stages. When I called the store, the employee had no leadership skills and no decision-making skills and no apologies were offered. They were running out of cookies, and the two middle eastern workers making the cookies were confused and slow. They most likely were not given proper training. The who I presume to be the lead, auriana, was being rude to the workers in front of a crowd of us 20 people waiting in the lobby. My order also somehow did not go through, having me wait 30 minutes until I was able to get my order, which was not expedited once I told them of the issue as I waited an additional 10 minutes. As I walked in, all employees were hanging out laughing and cutting up so loudly that I had to shout for the girl who was at the register to take my order. When I said to her that I couldn't hear her, she just laughed and said "oh I know they are back there having fun" as if it was OK. She also looked like she just stepped out of bed, her greasy and disheveled hair was in her face hanging out the front of her Crumbl black cap and she kept using her hands with gloves on to wipe her hair out of her face. I asked her about the flavor of one of the cookies, and she just laughed and said "Oh I have no idea". She continued to touch her face, hair, counter tops, register, etc with her hands in the gloves and once I ordered she grabbed the box to get the cookies. I had to ask for new and clean gloves to go on before my cookies were handled. I watched other employees doing the same thing as they touched all kinds of surfaces plus their own hair, arms, etc and then directly touch the cookies for the next two people after me. There is zero use of sanitation in this location and certainly zero professional hygiene and work ethic. One of the guys towards the back of the bakery was laughing so loudly and dancing around the entire time. I love seeing people happy, but I also love sanitation for the food my family and I will consume. The manager needs to step in immediately and teach these employees who are acting like teen delinquents at a grunge dance party to understand customer service and sanitation. The overall appearance of not only the female at the register but all the employees looked filthy with food smeared and stained all over their black uniforms. I've been to many locations but this location is always a hot mess. They replace the cookies you order with whatever they have left (huge problem) and the cookies aren't even warm. Maybe the warmer is set too low or the cookies sit out too long? They make you wait an extra 15 mins before they give you your order so I don't understand why the cookies aren't warm.
