I asked for the manager and let her know how we sat there for 20 minutes before anyone greeted/acknowledged us and as an apology we got donuts. I paid attention to every single person who sat down after us and witnessed the difference of how they were being treated compared to us and it just validated how we felt, uncomfortable and awful.
