Crumbl in general is one of my favorite cookie places. the delivery is usually fast and efficient. At this particular location the presentation of the cookies were slightly disappointing. For context I order a box of 4 cosmic brownie cookies and it had less than have of the icing on it. it might be the time I went but it wasn't very satisfying to receive as a customer. read more

Bummer! Wanted to get cookies for Valentine's Day, but couldn't get them. Was really excited as it would be my first purchase here, but yeah wasn't meant to be! I ordered some cookies to pick up around 6pm, but when I arrived, it was a crowd of people waiting. When I checked in, I was #20. Seems like a lot of people were waiting for an hour plus. The staff kept asking who is waiting an hour plus but yeah some people are dishonest (one lady came in after me and she raised her hand saying she was here for an hour plus). I managed to get to the front and told them I ordered pickup up for 6pm, and they said they are working on it, others have been waiting, and they are working on it. So I just stood there and wait a bit. The guy next to me who was currently #2 asked to cancel their order. The manager/supervisor thought it was me and took my name and cancelled my order. I thought she was just checking on my order, but it's alright, I didn't want to wait longer anyway. I guess I would've been upset if I waited an hour plus but considering I was #18 by the time she cancelled my order, I guess I saved some time and money. I'll try again, but never on holidays! Please be more organized on holidays!! I feel bad for the staff, and they look frustrated running around, but they need to figure it out when it comes holidays and big volume of orders. read more

Service is quick but the bakers in the back wanted to let me know that they are apart of a zombie cult that thinks they can read minds but all they can read are fairytales. A few days ago I went by to sample some cookies for a baby shower coming up and what I found was an original cookie concept with ever changing cookie possibilities. Each one if the cookies had me amazed. The cookie dough recipe seemed to be specific to each cookie and I'm no cookieologist but that's really amazing. I plan on ordering for several future events! I love the cookies but I don't love this location. Long wait times and the employees are the register NEVER let you know that a specific is going to take 15 mins or more to be ready. One of the worst Crumbl location I have ever been to. Service is extremely slow both for in store pick up and curbside pick up. Placed my order online to be picked up curbside. Upon arrival and checking in they made me wait 20 mins and then came out to tell me they didn't have one of the cookies available so to choose a different one. Proceeded to then make me wait an additional 20 mins and it still wasn't ready. Eventually I went inside and the girl who was packing the boxes kept packing incomplete orders since they ran out of the red velvet. There were at least 8 people waiting and not one staff addressed anyone. When asked about my order it still sat incomplete on the counter. The guy who asked me what I wanted to replaced the red velvet with never even fulfilled the order. He asked and then it just sat there. Overall, this is the worst location I've been too. Very apparent that there is no leadership or organization and any sense of urgency. The staff was more excited to greet their employees coming in versus any of the customers standing in the lobby. Crumbl has amazing cookies HOWEVER this location is the SLOWEST and has terrible customer service. If you want cookies from this location, you need to order online at least an HOUR+ in advance......... this is my 3rd time trying this location and it will be my last. I've been to crumbl plenty of times, and today by far was my worst experience ever. I waited over 40 minutes for my curbside order, due to an error whenever I tried to click "I'm here" in the app. When I noticed the problem, I called the store to let the know what I was experiencing and that I was parked in front of the store. I was told that was ok the 2 times a called the store (once at 6:32 and once at 6:57). But after waiting 30 minutes in my car, I decided to go inside to see if everything was ok. When I walked I noticed several boxes of cookies on the counter - one of which was indeed mine, but I decided to wait in line just to be sure. When I got to the front, I let me them know how I had called and waited but came in because I became concerned. The girl at the front asked me for my name, and walked over to those cookies on the counter and brought me my box. I decided to call the store and asked for a manager to let them know my experience when I got back in my car. The team lead, Iza, answered the phone and let me know there was no manager on duty. So I began to explain my situation to her, and she knew exactly who I was. She let me know my wait was that long because since the app wasn't working they didn't know what car I was in, and she had called me to let me know my cookies were ready. I let her know that when I was in store I saw her make that call, however I had left my phone in car and I was already in the store at that point after waiting 30+ minutes. She began to get snarky and short, and told me there was nothing she could do about that. I then asked for a manager's contact information, and she told me she couldn't give that out. I then asked when a manager would be on duty, and she told me one was out sick and didn't give me any information on the other. She told me she could take down my information for the assistant manager to call me back tomorrow, but at that point I was disappointed and disgusted I told her I would wait to call back tomorrow and I asked for her name. Due to my long wait, and no contact when my cookies were initially ready, my cookies were lukewarm and not that great. I'm sure they taste better when they are hot though! Now let me start by saying I absolutely love Crumbl cookies. They are very delicious and taste more like a cake than a cookie. So I was pumped to go to my local Crumbl store in Richmond. To my surprise the place was crowded, about 8-10 people standing in the store, waiting on their cookie order. That should have been my first clue. I normally order at the register rather than the self-service kiosk. There were 3 employees that I noticed, one was making the cookies, while the other 2 "appeared" to be filling cookie orders. I went to the register and had to get the attention of one of the workers, who never addressed me as I entered the store, to ask if they are taking orders at the register. He replied yes and promptly took my order... 2 chocolate chip cookies. I asked if it was ok to pay in cash and he seemed a little hesitant and stated that they were low on change and I could but I would need to have the exact change. Since I didn't have my card with me, I just paid and told him to keep the change (but my receipt doesn't show that I overpaid so the register will not balance out when they close, but oh well). So I waited, as I watched him and the other female worker attempt to complete the orders. It took them both to fill one, yes one cookie order at a time. They would stare at the different screens that had all the orders, scroll through them, and look thoroughly confused. I am not joking when I say it took them at least 5 minutes to complete one cookie order of maybe 4-6 cookies. They began to run out of cookies so they had to ask customers to substitute a cookie. As I continued to wait and watch this agonizing display of ineptitude, I heard them say that they were out of another cookie, and then, mine (chocolate chip). I truly believe that if I continued to wait, there would not have been any cookies left to substitute my order with, so I asked for a refund. I was told by the male employee who rung me up that they don't give refunds, that I would have to call the corporate office to get one... mind you I paid in cash! At this point, I just asked if I could come back later, show my receipt, and pick up my cookies then. He seemed confused because he spoke to his other employee and then told me, next week they would have different flavors as they change every week. Of course I am aware of this and I reminded him I ordered chocolate chip which is always available. He said, oh yeah, right. So then I asked again if I could just show my receipt and come back and get it later tonight. He told me he wasn't sure and that I'd need to talk to the manager and he did not know when the manager would be here. Again, I reiterated, I want the cookies, can I just come back later and get it, since you are clearly running out of all the cookies. He said, "I don't know, I just work here." At this point, I really became annoyed. I promptly replied, "Well, since you do work here, it is your job to know, not mine, as I don't work here." I tried again to see if I could come back later and to that he replied, I don't know if we will have any chocolate chip cookies later. Mind you, they don't close to midnight. So.... you are not making any more cookies? Suffice it to say. I left with no cookies, no money, and no idea if I can get either! A very disappointing experience. So this happened today, 5/28/2022 at 4:00 PM. Perhaps they have more cookies now, but just beware of the customer service at this store. I feel sorry for all those who were still waiting when I left (only 3 orders were filled during my 20 minutes of waiting). Good luck. I'll go check out the other Crumbl store in Cinco Ranch. I went to this store yesterday and there was a hair in one of my cookies (it looked like an eyelash). I understand mistakes happen , but the way this was handled was completely unprofessional. I went back into the store and told the teenagers working that there was a hair in my cookie they just stared at me and didn't say anything. I asked if i could have the cookie replaced and they said yes but didn't take the hairy cookie out of the box until I asked them to do so. They didn't even apologize. Having a hair in my cookie is completely unsanitary and they should've gave me a whole new box of cookies but instead they just stared at me like I was an idiot. I recommend the Cinco Ranch store instead of this one. This one is ran by teenagers who have no clue how to handle these type of situations read more
