I'm so upset. I drove 30 minutes to try this and it was so dry and barely any filling

Who would've thought that buying cookies would become like walking into a laboratory looking facility with scientists working the dough to create cookies. An assortiment of cookies was displayed on the counter, and because it was my first time, I got a Crumble Cookie introduction. I decide to get 4 cookies, which came in a trendy box. My flight back home was the next day, and I was not looking forward carrying it with me on my trip back--by plan, bus, metro, train--an expecting the comments that would trigger me walking around with this box. Luckily in perfectly fit in my carryon. At home we started the taste the milk chocolate chip, macadamia nut, sea salt toffee & the coconut cake. The cookies are amazing, soft and chewy. My favorite is the coconut cake. The 4 cookies are so rich and filling that they will last a couple of days. The menu rotates weekly and gives you 4-5 different speciality flavors. There is one in New Haven CT so I don't need to get them all the way in WI next time.

New location is nice and clean and plenty of parking in the nearby shopping center lot. They are well staffed and cookies ready in mere minutes after ordering. There's a few flavors they always have and a few more they rotate weekly. The cookies are fairly large and I would closest compare to Panera or Potbelly cookies. They're very soft and break apart easily. Overall, they're good but a bit too rich to eat a whole one in one sitting. They're a little pricey at $4ea but that's probably for the best to not go back daily haha.

    Got the minis.

Sooooo great and the addition of the mini box is a great idea. Maybe everyday would help!!!

customer service was okay. The cookies were not cooked through not happy this round. I'll try again next week

Crumbl Cookies Peanut Butter Nougat: I've seen Crumbl all over social media this past year and until my first visit back in August I did not understand the hype. I think cookies are alright, but there are other desserts that are far superior in my opinion. Crumbl rotates their flavors on a weekly basis but depending on the flavor some are absolutely amazing (still over-priced though). Lucky for me, one of the hospital units I cover happened to be indulging in Crumbl and I was fortunate enough to get a piece of the "Peanut Butter Nougat" to try. Crumbl's official description is that this is a peanut butter cookie, nougat, vanilla bean, and milk chocolate all topped Snickers candy pieces. Speaking of Snickers, this cookie tasted exactly like a Snickers bar in cookie form. The peanut butter had the strongest flavor profile, but I could still detect hints of milk chocolate and even the vanilla bean & nougat. It was slightly crunchy at the periphery and soft and chewy (yay!) towards the middle. Speaking of middle, this cookie was thick. My only complaint is that as good as it was, $5 is pricey for a cookie. This is the weakest Crumbl Cookies flavor I've tried, but it was still strong enough to be Doughboy approved @crumblcookies My Crumbl Cookie Rankings: 1. Caramel Popcorn (I love their cream cheese frosting) 2. Blue Monster 3. Peanut Butter Nougat *These are the only three I've tried to date Doughboy_Food_Reviews

This location is on point with everything they do! From the minute I walked in, it smelled and looked like I was entering a confectionery home with knowledgeable and friendly staff. Love the open space and live production along with varied menus and options!

Love it here! They have the best concept- They change flavors weekly (every Monday). The staff is always friendly and greets you right away when you walk in. Very bright ambiance. One cookie that they always have and doesn't change, is the Original Milk Chocolate Chip- and that one is sooo good and soft. Side Note: Their cookies are very soft and thick- which is excellent! They are open late on Fridays and Saturday (Until Midnight)

Wrong cookies in my app order. Whaaat?! He corrected it. Finally, after the employee's social chat was over and time to "get to it, guys!"

I like many of the different cookie varieties here, but mainly more that have to do with chocolate chips in them. They're baked usually freshly warm, and recent. It seems like many times though after ordering ahead while pre-paying through the Crumbl app, and after ticking off the "I'm here", the employees still are making me wait for my order! Sometimes by several minutes. What's the ordering ahead convenience for then? Probably more cookie sales. They're not necessarily always that busy either. That all said, the cookies are pretty darn good.

    raw cookie

The cookies were slightly raw and my tummy hurts, otherwise pretty fabulous. I have a 50/50 chance of returning, I've been pleasantly surprised before.

There was one customer ahead of me, who seemed more concerned with making conversation with me and asking me what I would be ordering, rather than making his own decision. After it was finally my turn, I asked the employee if a specific product contained custard or pastry cream, and the answer somehow included telling me the history of the owner attending pastry school, a list of their locations and hours, and a tour of everything they carry. I was just looking to get in and out, and apparently this is not the place for that. I am used to big city bakeries, and I would say this is a small town bakery. I'm sure it's fine if you have time to kill, but I wasn't looking for that. I decided on a dark chocolate croissant. It was $6. The small part that had chocolate in it was WONDERFUL, but it was just about a dollar coin size of chocolate in a large croissant, so it was almost entirely just a plain croissant. For $6. I wanted to like this place, especially since there don't seem to be other bakeries in the area, but I likely will not be back.

There is a rooftop patio that gets you off street level, and on a nice day you can enjoy the sun and fresh air (unless they are cooking something in the oven, and you get the amazing smells that are coming out of the vents). Inside there are several small tables or a counter with seats that face out the front window. The inside design is bright and friendly. Was excited to see all the amazing looking pastries, cookies, and rolls in the case. So with all this goodness in mind, I was a little taken aback by the greeting I got from the male cashier/barista. He appeared grumpy and curt. One of the things I asked for (and I always do) is extra foam with my London Fog Tea Latte. He just flat out said it couldn't be done (because they use a concentrate and not tea bags), but I know that's not the case and have had that before. Now, if you are reading this, you might be thinking, "get over it." However, it was my first time here, and the exchange between us was very strained. After ordering my London Fog, with an amazing looking Apricot Almond Scone, we grabbed a small table. After a little wait, they brought my beverage, and it was very good, and it had extra foam! Nice job! However, I had asked to have my scone warmed up, and it never came. I could actually see it sitting on the kitchen counter, and I asked someone if they could bring it out, which they apologized for. The scone was as amazing as it looked -- warm, nice texture, with almonds and icing on top. There is a lot to like about this place. Great atmosphere, with excellent products. However, the service that I got on this particular (first) visit was not great. I would stop again to see if it was any better the next time. This could easily go from a 4 to 5 star review :) P.S. Everyone can have a bad day. However, when I checked out some other reviews, I noticed a few others that mentioned the service, and I wonder if this is something that needs to be attended to?
