After dinner at Bonefish Grill, my co workers wanted to go to Crumbl Cookies just to see the cookies and possibly get some cookies for dessert. When we walked into the store, the glorious smell of cookies just hit you in the face. The ambiance is gorgeous and they have a beautiful display of cookies on the front counter as soon as you walk into the store. The staff were busy preparing cookies in the back for other orders coming in, but they did acknowledge us and asked if we needed assistance with anything. My coworkers decided to get three pack of mini cookies. One of them picked the chocolate chip and Oreo cookie, and I cannot remember what my other coworker picked for his three pack of mini cookies. Somehow, I ended up with two of the mini cookies, but I tried them and they were fantastic and amazing! The chocolate chip cookie was out of this world, as well as the Oreo cookie. Crumbl Cookies has always been my favorite, and I treat myself every now and then to the cookies if I am in the mood. This time around I wa not planning on getting any cookies because I was trying to be good and stay away from sweets, but my coworker insisted on having the cookies, so I could not say no. I'm glad I did because they were terrific and loved them very much. It was an enjoyable treat after dinner, and I hope to be back here to Crumbl Cookies the next time I am in Little Rock AR. read more

This was my first time trying Crumbl, and it was well worth the visit. I had the classic pink sugar, and it was a tasty dessert. The cookie itself was very dense, and the frosting was sweet without overdoing it in terms of amount or sugar. Cookies aren't cheap, but they're a nice treat. I'm back with another "expectations vs reality." Yesterday I ordered the strawberry crumb cake. Attached you can see what they advertise, and this is what I got. Not only that, the staff was incredibly rude to me when they showed me my cookies and I asked them to correct the topping (which no, they refused). What's the point of opening the box to show me my cookies if you refuse to correct my order? I think I'm done at this location. For someone that has never had a Crumbl cookie before, I couldn't figure out what the hype was all about. It's just a big cookie right?? Well it is...and quite a lot more. We stopped by this location on opening night and apparently weren't the only ones excited. The line was quite long out of the door, but still moved at a decent pace. The location is fairly perfect for that after dinner dessert, especially with a lot of good restaurants nearby. Since they just opened, there seemed to be a lot of people standing around in the kitchen not doing much. But I'm sure this will pass. The price for a single cookie is fairly steep for what I'd pay, but my friend group decided to get a party pack which lowered the price a bit. We got an assortment of cookies so everyone could try the different flavors. They usually rotate flavors a lot, but the six that we chose from all sounded really good! My personal favorites were the Fried Ice Cream and Lemonade! You can't underestimate a good cookie place. They are open pretty late to satisfy any late night cravings. The cookies are very good and the revolving flavors can cater to everyone. The sheer size of the cookie probably isn't the best for you, but when are you ever eating a cookie for health reasons? read more

Ordered a six pack of cookies for the family. Not impressed. $25 for cookies and 6 different types and just don't understand the hype. Another Instagram and social media big deal that for me, falls flat. I would prefer a grocery store cookie. Their cookies are no doubt really good. They are HUGE, always fresh, and tasty. Workers are really nice and the store is inviting and fun because you can see everything being made. These cookies are obviously very high calorie and serving size is actually just 1/4 of each cookie so if you're looking for a healthy cookie you're looking at the wrong place - with that being said, they are also really expensive. They do have a rewards program which helps, but there are definitely cheaper local bakeries with cookies just as big and good. read more

Ordered the cookies 45 minutes in advance, I drive from a different location because they apparently weren't sold out. Once I drove 25 minutes, I checked in to only wait another 20 ish minutes. My husband, my daughter, and I went to order some cookies. We had never been there before. There were a few people waiting for orders. We went to the kiosk to place the order and an employee came up to us and said, " We have all these orders waiting, don't place an order until theirs are filled." I told them, "That's ridiculous, we should be able to place an order and wait for it, we know these others are waiting and it'll be a bit. We're leaving then." And they shrugged and said ok. Wish we had a chance to try, but because their service is slow and they don't want to look bad on their time, they literally told us not to order until others received theirs. I've been to a few Crumbl stores before and had excellent service each time . Last night... not so much.. the cookies are delicious.. yes!!! The peanut butter one is fantastic and I think my favorite they've had! Since it is a new store , I get it.. when you have a new store and the kiosks are not working at all , this store is small and people are standing around.. some have ordered already , some haven't , others don't know what to do.. and the girl working the 1 register is less than polite.. it's a complete turn off. She doesn't say welcome , may I help you or even thank you.. she seemed inconvenienced that anyone was there and none of the employees seemed happy to be there . Cookies are often hard as a rock and icing is skimped. Make sure they show you your Cookies before you leave and don't just automatically be nice about it. If your cookie isn't filled with the frosting edge to edge, kindly ask them to finish it properly. If it's a cold cookie, make sure it's not stale. If it's a warm cookie, make sure it's not cold. This location tends to fix their mistakes, but they don't really care and especially if you leave feedback or a concern via the app (like if you picked up your order, drove home, and realized something was wrong or tasted horribly) no one ever gets back to you. read more
